Comfy private home In Venice, Florida -Solar Heated Pool, Minutes From the Beach

Very clean, private home in Venice Gardens, Florida. Amazing location. 2 bed 2 bath (2 additional semi private beds in enclosed lanai that has central air) with Solar heated screened in pool, with FREE WIFI. Quiet friendly neighborhood just minutes to beaches, great restaurants and shopping. Newly painted on the inside and out. New hybrid mattresses! We have included most kitchen amenities (Keurig, regular programmable coffee maker, waffle iron, new pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee grinder, iron and ironing board). There is a washer and dryer. You will be your own dishwasher for the time being so we supply paper plates and bowls. There are nice ceramic dishes that you can also use. We have included k-pods and sweetener, several spices, some condiments, cooking spray, dish detergent, clothes detergent and dryer sheets, paper towels and toilet paper. You just need to get a few groceries and you will be at home here. All bath towels, bed linens and pool towels are provided. We have a professional cleaning company come in after every listing and they use the best products available to ensure our guest’s safety for a worry free visit. There is a fenced pet area off the screened in pool area for your fur baby to run without a leash.

Wonderful getaway
My husband wanted to go shark tooth hunting at Venice beach close to Sharky’s. I found this cute house very close by with a pool in the back yard. It was perfect. Super clean, wonderful amenities. Anything you could need. Plenty of beach towels. Little extras like coffee & paper plates. We couldn’t be more happy. The only problem was that we wanted to book again for next year but it was already booked. I can’t think of one wrong thing.

The house was very clean and the owners were nice when we talked through email. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and it was stocked with towels and beach equipment in case we didn’t bring any. We enjoyed the pool and the lights out there at night. It was a great stay would definitely recommend.

Good owners, fine house, quiet neighborhood
Wife and I stayed for a month in winter 2025. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again. Owners' communication is friendly and effective. The house is classic Florida: a two bedroom single level, made of block, with lanai and carport. The heated "pool in a cage" is a nice place to chill out and float around. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, knives, etc. House is conveniently located with dozens of restaurants and stores within a mile, but the house itself sits on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood with detached houses of similar style. Took lots of walks around the neighborhood; seems very safe. Most houses are tidy and well kept but a small fraction use their yards as garages. If you like to bike, it's an easy ride to Venetian Waterway Trail. In summary, good owners, fine house, quiet neighborhood.

Owner Will Try and Charge Extra Charges. Beware.
The house itself was OK. We did see one large roach. The owner claimed we left the property in disarray, because we left two dog poop bags outside. The bags should have taken 10 seconds, not an extra hour fee. The dog also tore up some toilet paper, that was under the bed. She claimed the cleaning people needed extra time to clean. The toilet paper should have been part of the sweeping process included in the cleaning fee we paid. The house may have not been perfect but it WAS NOT in dissaray and extra hours to clean is way over exagerated to get more money. Several houses in the neighborhood are used a junk yards with several abandand cars in the yards. The pool was nice, however, you do not get the sun directly on you. The screen is covered with a tarp for privacy. You get the privacy, but no sun.

Third time, even more awesome!
Our 3rd time at this property. It will always be our first choice when staying in the area. House is beautiful. Pool is heated and just replaced with new heater that works well. Hosts are helpful, kind, and go the extra mile. Because of all the cleanup from hurricanes going on, we managed to get a flat the day we were scheduled to leave. They let us stay a bit past check out to take care of it. Plan to come back soon.

Fantastic Home for a Family
We very much enjoyed our stay here! The house was perfect for the 5 of us. It is super well-equipped with items many Vrbo’s do not have—for the kitchen, bedrooms, beach, and pool. There is nothing else we could have asked for. The owners were fantastic and answered all our questions. All of us (kids & adults) highly recommend.

Wonderful Location, Close to Everything
This is the second time we have stayed at this property and already have a future stay booked. It is very clean has everything you'd need for a stay. It is close to downtown Venice and all of the beaches. The fact it is pet-friendly allows us to bring our dog instead of needing to board her, makes it worth it. Our son loves the pool and we enjoy the house just to relax after a day hunting for fossils. We will definitely return again and again.

Impromptu Staycation
My family, my pets and I had a wonderful time here! The minute we got there, it felt like home. House is well equipped and maintained, and it’s located in a great and safe neighborhood. Host is very responsive and makes sure that everything is running properly while there. Beaches and Downtown Venice are minutes away.
