The house is a beautiful 1909 built cottage it is a little knocked about inside in relation to paintwork
It had everything we needed (except oven trays) and you couldn’t fault the location only 7 mins to the CBD
Great value for location
Exactly as advertised- a small old cottage near city centre. Comfortable with off street parking in a quiet dead end street. We were there in mild weather - would recommend instructions on whether any air conditioning if really hot weather. Although I suspect old stone design will keep things cool.
Terrific location. Property was very well presented. Taso very personable and easy to deal with

half way there?
it felt like we were staying in a property in the midst of being renovated. Some areas dusty, some disfunctional (the shower sprays over the floor, the hot and cold taps fitted so that they operate oddly - didn't want to turn on the fan as it was clogged with dust); there were children's things left in one room. The wi-fi code in the book did not work (fortunately knew to look on the router); garden lovely but unkempt. You could not walk in the house without it making an immense noise (including turning over in bed) as the floor boards lacked insulation. Be a great place once the rennovations are actually done.
Has everything you need in a house. Secluded wilderness yard at the back. Great to watch the birds whilst eating outdoors. Nothing flash but functional.Really pretty neighbourhood with with treelined streets and be
