This fully renovated Aggieland retreat is minutes from the campus at Texas A&M. Close to shopping in the heart of College Station, this charming house is situated in a quiet neighborhood, yet isn't far from the action at Kyle Field, Olsen Field at Blue Bell Park, Reed Arena and even the Fire School. We've taken a lot a care to make this home welcoming and relaxing, but the secret to this inviting little house is the covered back porch. Coffee is heavenly in the morning!

We stay at Airbnb's and VRBO's when we travel and love the the experience, so we wanted to share our love of being "home away from home" to those visiting Bryan College Station. Whether you are traveling for an Aggie football or baseball game, visiting your student, celebrating Aggie ring day or just coming in for work, we hope you enjoy the convenient location, decor and coffee on the porch. We think this little house is a jewel close to campus. We hope you do to!
Why they chose this property
This is a quiet little neighborhood close to campus and convenient to just about everything. We are located just around the corner from CC Creations and Maroon U on Holleman Road.
What makes this property unique
Our Phoenix house is centrally located to just about everything in College Station. We are a little over 1 mile to campus, Kyle Field, Bluebell Park at Olson Field, and about 2 miles to the George HW Bush Presidential Library.
HEB at Jones Crossing (Wellborn Road) is about 1.7 miles south. Another wonderful, and best kept secret in our opinion, is Brookshire Brothers on George Bush Drive West across from Olsen Field. Its a little over a mile away but has the basic essentials and a wonder place to grab a beer or coffee at their bar. They have Stage 12 if you want to catch a game on the big screen.
