The pictures on the site wheee exactly the way the cabin was and it’s was a great area to spend time with my girlfriend. Simple amazing place. Who did it again.
Was on a long bike trip. This.peaceful place was a perfect stop on my trip. Bed was really comfy and the house was well stocked. Loved the outdoor shower
What a great time to hang out on the porch and look up at the stars and have a quiet time and get back to nature. I loved the outdoor shower. I would revisit the place again for a longer stay next time
My wife and I were looking for a short getaway without our kids. This was perfect! Very clean, quiet, and relaxing. This house is exactly how the pictures look. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a secluded getaway.
My fiancé and I stayed the weekend here, and we highly recommend it! The cabin is cozy and surrounded by woods and land to explore. We needed a break from the busy world and this did the trick. The cabin is not far from the Suwannee River National Park, and it was an amazing place, plus it was not crowded at all. It was a relaxing trip! We would definitely come back.
We LOVED saying here!!! I’m not sure why people were saying it’s rustic, or that they didn’t enjoy it. It’s definitely glamping. The cabin is adorable. We hiked during the day and went to the springs. The outside shower was amazing. Just meal prep before going and you’ll be fine. There is a 2 burner stove, microwave, and a toaster.
Having no internet and barely any cell service was great. It really allows you to enjoy the beauty of the location of the cabin. The shot gun morning wake ups were interesting. The only thing I would suggest would be a water softener or sediment collector because there was always dirty in the bottom of the tub after a bath and the toilet was starting to change color from the water. But other than that this place was amazing!! I would definitely go again!
We had a few hiccups with check in, but that was due to our last minute booking. That was quickly resolved and we were instantly in love with the cabin! This was the perfect honeymoon spot! My husband and I loved the couples soaking tub and outside shower, it was the best of both worlds! We went trail riding by the Alapaha River and swimming at Blue Springs so it was amazing to wash off after; then cook dinner in the adorable quaint kitchen, and finish the evening off with a hot bubble bath. We star gazed for hours because the cabin is remote with no big city lights obstructing your night vision! This place was beyond our expectations! It was everything we both wanted for a nice quiet, romantic, and relaxing honeymoon!! Thank you so much and we will definitely be back for our anniversaries!
First off, the property is great! It was cute, VERY secluded and Extremely cozy. Upon arrival we did find wet towels in the shower, an old tea cup in the sink that had started to grow mold, no trash bag and had to search for paper towels. It seemed as no one had been there for a while but honestly we weren’t too upset because we are really just getting back to where people can travel and stay in places because of this whole Covid-19 situation.
Property contact, Liz, was very quick to respond to any questions I had and very polite.
We would absolutely recommend this for any couple that is celebrating or just needs a quiet getaway!
Rented this property for the beautiful bath tub. Husband and I wanted a quite place to just relax. This place was just that. However, we were never able to use the tub or shower outside for that matter.
The water was dark brown and smelled like fish. I contacted the property manager and asked how to fix the water, was instructed to run the water until it goes clear. We ran the water for 3 hours and it was still brown and smelly. We were never able to enjoy the tub or even brush our teeth. Super disappointed the water screwed up the entire trip.
Great getaway for a couple, if you want to isolate and relax in the woods away from everyone. This is a modern cabin, but you are in woods, so expect a more outdoor feel. State Parks are near.
This tiny home cabin is exactly what you want when looking for a disconnected weekend. It was easy to find during the day, and was absolutely perfect for a two person romantic getaway. The outdoor shower was amazing, and the darkness during the night was exactly what you would expect when you are almost in the middle of nowhere. I would definitely stay here again the next time I want a weekend away with no distractions.
Secluded, peaceful, quaint and unplugged. Owner was very communicative and the stay was easy and to the point. Very appreciative of this tiny home getaway.
I needed to get away for a few days to unplug and focus on some creative projects I had in the works. This little Hideaway was the perfect place for that. The property was secluded and the only pulsate was the birds, a raccoon, and several red-shouldered hawks. The house itself was adorable and cozy and well-equipped with everything I needed for my weekend retreat. The bathtub was a delight. It was a little difficult to find, but Liz responded to my call right away and got me pointed back in the right direction.
This property was exactly what I expected based off the description and what I wanted. Went for a long weekend getaway to unplug from it all and this place does the trick. Be ready for no WiFi and basically no cell service. This is in the country and that’s it. Worth every penny for me and would absolutely rent again if I get the chance.
We stayed here for our wedding night on the way to the mountains. Soon as we pulled in the gate deer were walking across the driveway. Enjoyed the outdoor shower and the quietness of the remote setting. The upstairs room was definitely tight with the headroom but it made for an unique experience.
