Welcome to Splash 1503 West. This unit is on the 15th Floor in the West Tower that was renovated in 2021 (All new furniture such as a seafoam green sleeper sofa, lounge chair, and two chairs). All New Samsung Smart TVs 65" and 55".

This condo has views of the beach and Gulf off the balcony. The primary bedroom and living room walk out to a large balcony with plenty of room to relax for everyone. The unit sleeps up to 8. One King mattress, one Queen mattress, one Queen sleeper sofa and bunk bed area with two Twin size mattresses.

Splash Resort located in Panama City Beach which was designed with a unique Caribbean look that is sure to charm. Splash is loaded with amenities including over 400 feet of pristine gulf front, two distinct water park environments, full fitness center, island style Beach Bar & Grill, and covered parking. Interactive water toys...it's all here at this Disney-like resort. Splash Resort is know as the BEST KID friendly condos ever!

Splash has been rated as one of the top fifteen new beach resorts in "Florida Travel & Leisure Magazine" and is perfect for adults and kids of all ages.

You could be HERE enjoying all that we have to offer, such as: One King size Bedroom and Living Room space with DIRECT Beach View. Two full furnished bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Comfy beds. Large balcony with Sofa and three Chairs for your comfort. Black-out curtains and shutters, so that you can sleep in. We have top of the line Resort Lock system that allows everyone in your party to use an access code without the hassle of keeping physical keys. The Kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs. Two Smart Samsung Televisions with cable. in the Primary Bedroom is a 55" and in the Living Room is a 65" Screen Television. The Queen Bedroom has a smart 43" Television. We also provide Free WiFi.

Beach Service-including two Gulf-front Beach Loungers and one Umbrella for all rentals March 1 - October 31. A $210 per week value!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Allure hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

You will have a wonderful time at this Disney-like Resort called Splash. This resort includes three distinct types of pools that are all heated in the cooler months. You will find a swimming area for the youngsters with an interactive water park. Features include a tipping water bucket, water slide, water cannons and more.
* Grab an inner tube that is provided and float around the lazy river.
* The Little Tike water play area is in a fenced enclosure with with fountains and interactive toys.
* Barbecue pits are located where mom and dad can keep can eye on the little ones while whipping up some specialties on the grill.
* Lay beside the pool or in it if you like.
* Or maybe grab a coffee or donut at Butter's coffee shop on property
* Don't forget to get your work out in the state-of-the-art fitness room.

It's time using VRBO, experience was great no problems. Place that we stayed was just as the pictures, owner was easy to communicate with. Will use VRBO on my next vacation.

Great location

We had a wonderful time! Kids loved having both options of the beach and pools. All staff on site were friendly and helpful. Communications with property manager was also great. The condo had everything we needed. One recommendation is to have some spices for those who cooks.

Spring Break-Away

The description tells it all. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and refreshing. Everything said you are at the beach. Plenty of room for 2 teen girls and a 4 year old. We had everything we needed and more. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom overlooking the beach made for a great wake up view and relaxing evenings. Great communication with the owners. Definitely recommend if you have children of any age.

Perfect stay

The unit was clean and cozy! They had an assortment of utensils and dishes that came in handy as well as the extra trash cans and hand soaps; the little things that you don’t remember you need until you need it they had it on hand! Also there were extra beach toys and a beach bag as well. The refrigerator was clean and very spacious. Overall the unit was perfect for our little family and the beach service was a PLUS!

We loved our stay

We loved our short stay here. The condo was perfect for us and was clean and looked like the photos. The only thing we wished that we would have been told was that the splash pad was closed for the week the day after we arrived l, which was the main reason we booked this condo so we were pretty disappointed we couldn’t use that and weren’t told this upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Getaway

Splash is a great resort for children. It would have been better for us had we known that the restaurant/bar and arcade/coffeeshop was closed for the season (October through March). The hottub and pool area were great early in the morning. Beach access is very easy to get to. The condo was super clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. The bathrooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The master bedroom had the quietest bed we've ever stayed in. Overall, we had a great stay at 1503w.

Lovely trip!

My family & I enjoyed our stay!!! The room is beautifully decorated & clean. The views were amazing! My favorite part of this building, they cafe!! I woke up every morning before family & made my way to grab a coffee to drink from our amazing balcony! We saw dolphins one morning! Will definitely be back with the family again!

Nice location and lovely unit

The unit is beautiful. The balcony was especially nice. It's very large and it's completely private and has a good bit of furniture. For the first few days of our stay the Lazy River wasn't heated and the jets weren't on. Apparently no one let management know. Within less than two hours of my talking with them it was operational. The hot tub and pools were rather crowded. We were able to get beach lounges each day and that was great. The owner was terrific to deal with...5 stars to her!

A great family location

From beginning with booking to. Hecking out to leave this was an amazing and easy experience. The condo was just as described,very clean and organized so well. The building was quiet and the facilities were great. The view was breathtaking. The kids really enjoyed the warm pool and hot tub. Best family vacation!

Awesome place!

The reservation process was great and went smoothly. We arrived after 6 pm so had to check in the next day. It went smoothly and she was very informant as to what we needed to do.......parking passes on trailer, motorcycle and other vehicles. Everything in the condo was up to date. Easy to use the TV and internet! Everything worked, except one of the plug ins in the bedroom, closest to the bathroom. And the sink closest to the bedroom door was a little stopped up. No prob though. It was easy to get carts to check in and out with our luggage. The baby pool was freezing, but the pool near it was heated a little. Easy access to the beach! Everybody was so very nice and friendly. Loved the parking garage that we could park our trailer in a regular parking place on the same floor as our truck. We had a great time.

Great unit.

The unit was great. We didn’t like the complex itself. Not enough elevators. Parking is inconvenient with garage across the street. I wish the unit was in a different complex as it was amazing! Beautiful. Clean. Nicely decorated. Owners were great and easy to communicate with.

Very clean and spacious

We had a variety of ages. Middle Age, young adults, teens and a baby. The condo was very clean and plenty of room for everyone. A large variety of activities for all of us. The check-in/out was easy. Will definitely return.

Family vacation 2022

It was a beautiful condo. It was well layed out and was very spacious. Our family consisted of 5 adults and 3 children (ages 7yrs, 4yrs and 7mths). We were told that the elevator situation can be a bit daunting with wait times but honestly we never had to wait more than just a few minutes. The amenities were great and the price wasnt bad considering the easy access to fun, sun and necessities. The owner contact was fast and friendly. We would definately stay here again.
