New Orleans traditional style home. 1st. Bedroom-walk through room, 2nd. Bedroom private. This home is furnished simply and receives lots of natural sunlight.

Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation, while residing at the home. This property is used as a "Vacation" property "only". It's carefully maintained and it's items are often refreshed. The owners will be your neighbor. This property is just steps to the French Quarters and CBD, and close to most hosted festival- hosted by the city and planners. A Uber ride to the areas famous places - range around $7. The great thing also, about this property "free" hassle street parking and the parting noises of Bourbon Street will be minimal for resting! You! Want have to deal with being barricade in , limited access, or being towed -with heavy fines. Walk, park, uber or Taxie at a reasonable fare. Lastly, knowing that New Orlean's is a magical and fun filled city -the owner ask that you be respectful to neighbors and maintain the integrity of the neighborhood -while renting this space. The home owner -"only" rents to responsible adults.....The home is not a party house- leave that to Bourbon Street and or at the Bars. This property, now has exterior surveillance cameras.

Perfect Stay

We stayed at the property during the 2025 Superbowl. The property was much better than I expected. Upon entry, we felt right at home and safe. While we didn’t venture around the neighborhood by foot at night, we didn't have any issues as it relates to safety. The property is perfectly situated in a historic neighborhood and was much quieter than I expected. Our host Charlene was a gem and very responsive. She gave suggestions on local eateries which we were able to try. The grounds are perfectly manicured, the house is spacious, and it was very clean. I would definitely recommend Nola Nest!

Close to the action, but not too close

My partner and I brought our niece to NOLA for the Taylor Swift concert and this was a great place for our visit. Just a few minutes drive to the French Quarter, Superdome, or other parts of the city and yet far enough away to be able to rest and recover before going out again. Would definitely stay here again when we come back to enjoy the city.
