It is best for both business and recreational stay where a small gathering is allowed. There are 3 bedrooms in total and each of them on the 1st and 2nd floor is 53 square meter. This place has been granted with a legal lodging business license and could accommodate up to 17 people.
There is complimentary portable wifi for you to use during the stay. The smoking area is at the veranda on the third floor where the view of the Tokyo sky tree can be seen.
