Renovated Beach House with Great Back Yard

Welcome to 25 W Colorado Ave! This fully updated beach home offers a quite location about a block and a half off the beach and only a few houses to the bay. The first floor offers a living room, kitchen, dining room, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The second floor has a laundry room, 2 more bedrooms, full bathroom and a second family room with queen pull out sofa. There is also a large deck with bay views, 2 porches and a great backyard. Additional amenities include central AC, hardwood floors, garage for storage, work desk and a fully stocked kitchen. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. Please note linens and towels are not included.

Update the lighting outside

1. No lighting in the back yard, porches and only 1 light in the front. 2. Windows are in really poor condition 3. 2 very small tv's and only streaming 4. Very limited kitchen utensils 5 No lock on the sliding door, have to use a small piece of wood The house itself was very clean and a nice size for our family.

Lovely home!

Our family stayed in this lovely home while celebrating our parents 60th wedding anniversary. The home was very clean and the backyard was a nice getaway. Thanks to the owners for a nice experience.

Great, spacious stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for all of us- the fenced in backyard was a nice private oasis and the side porch was great to hang out in. Having bedrooms downstairs was a nice option for us with an infant. Nathan, our host was easily reachable and a great communicator. We look forward to coming back!

Listing shows well but multiple problems with this rental: -toilet did not work -shower drain clogged -had a grill fire due to cleanliness Tried to work a credit out with owner and was not successful. Do not stay here.

Great house and backyard! Great location! House was clean & plenty of room for everyone! Nathan was a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend renting this house for a perfect Long Beach Island vacation!!!

We loved the house inside and out. The location was excellent on a quiet street but still close to some cute stores and restaurants. The home itself was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a mix of ages from toddlers to grandparents and found the home to fit our group comfortably. We would happliy stay here again :)

Awesome vacation house on LBI

We enjoyed the home very much. Everything was just as it was advertised and the home was very clean. Nathan was responsive and easy to deal with. We had a great stay on Long Beach Island and hope to be back again soon.

We loved the house! It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the bay to watch the sunset. 5 Stars, we will be back!

Excellent - beach house

backyard was very cool - had good vegetation to give privacy to house behind and looked good; great location and overall what you want in a beach house. Enjoyed it very much. Nathan was great as well.

Nice location disappointing condition

The Pros: The owner was very responsive to communication and when we arrived and found some problems that had to be corrected, he resolved them that day. Cons: Overall we were disappointed with condition of home for the rental price. While the kitchen and baths were updated it was not a $450-500/day rental. Some examples: The lock on the kitchen slider was so old/poor condition it didn't really lock and there was no lock on the 2nd floor slider- mechanism long missing. If you had young children - big problem. Many things like this that weren't a deal breaker but very disappointing- just overall older home that needs a lot of work. Outdoor shower constant leaking despite duct tape all over up piping. Constant wet area by backyard gate smelled of sewage? The couches in living room were in such poor condition I covered them with blankets. The gas firepit was broken and I was told a week prior to rental it was fine. The owner' wife told me 'oh it's all rusted'. 4 pieces of firewood left as replacement. The backyard picnic table very old and really not useable. Overall if it was priced lower I would have expected the condition of furniture etc. and other older/work elements of the home. The high efficiency W/D in the advertised pics were actually standard machines that each took about 2 hours each cycle - just old I think. Overall, It was advertised as renovated and pics made it look well kept and we paid top dollar for the square footage. Disappointed. The best part of this rental is Nathan, owner, who is very pleasant and was responsive when called.

Cute and family friendly

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is awesome, walkable to the beach and 3 houses away from a bay overlook where we watched the sunset every night! The house is cute and very clean, it does need a some work and updating, but it fit our needs for the week. We have three boys 5 and under and found the house moderately kid friendly once we moved some things. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard, which was beautifully landscaped. The owner was very kind and responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Girls Trip

Great place for a girls trip! We were sad it was raining, but we loved the house! For some odd reason there were only 3 forks, I messaged Nathan and dropped off a ton silverware that afternoon!

Great Stay in LBI

Cute house in LBI- dog friendly and comfortable. The fenced in yard was great for the dogs! We very much enjoyed our stay- great location and short walk to the beach.

We had a lovely time

This was our first trip to Long Beach Island and we were trying to be near family who were staying in Brandt Beach. Four bedrooms with a second sitting area allowed our daughters to invite a friend to stay a night, which was great. We hosted dinner in the great backyard, and our dogs enjoyed themselves. One short walk to the bay overlook; two blocks to the ocean. The house could use some more forks and bigger pans, but altogether a comfortable, attractive house.

DOG FRIENDLY ❤️❤️❤️ Great house in a great location. Literally 3 houses from Nardi’s. Very clean. Easy walk to beach and bay. Well maintained. Huge backyard with multi places to sit after using the bbq. and there’s upstairs sitting room with balcony. Walked to Bay Village and enjoy the beer garden at Ship Bottom Brewery. Great morning runs. Approximately 9.25 miles to Ron Jon and back. One mile to the Acme. Beds were comfortable and huge washer and dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

Long weekend get away

The owner is very responsive in messages and getting in contact with you. I property is well kept. The backyard amenities are nice however due to large rain fall on the first day there the island began to flood as usual. The issue is the water laid in the back yard for 2+ days making the fire pit and grill unusable for the majority of our 4 day stay.
