Self parking in the buildings parking lots designated for our guests only with only one-time $15.00 parking charge for your entire stay. Condo located on the affluent quiet island with picturesque walkway downstairs; great for exercise, bicycling or romantic stroll overlooking North Beach. Wake up to morning coffee on the balcony watching dolphins swimming below in the Biscayne Bay Waterway. * Pool currently being re-furbished.

Waterfront deck with over-sized open-air balcony for guests with lounge chairs and BBQ grills. * Pool is currently closed for renovation.

For a tenant-reduced fee you may rent a variety of water recreation vehicles nearby. The building has bike rental storage, security cameras, 24-hour security concierge service at front desk. Supermarkets are nearby and a small market in building for quick snacks. Guest BBQ grill and picnic area outside on pool deck overlooking Biscayne Bay Waterway is free for guests to reserve.

Upon request, I can forward the necessary registration form to save time. The building has a 24-hour concierge service and maintenance staff on site to assure a perfect stay. Electronic KEY FOB provided for guests only allows access in building and on elevator. No Pets, No Smoking inside the apartment or on balcony.
