Wonderful modern holiday home on the beach with sea views in the prestigious Pines area of Matarangi.
This stylish, contemporary, 4 bedroom beach house is set on one level and will sleep 2/3 families. All modern amenities are included: heat pump, dishwasher, microwave, waste-master, washing machine & dryer, indoor/outdoor beanbags, outdoor furniture, Sky TV and stereo system for IPOD with internal and external zones for playing music. The living room and bunkroom both feature a large TV. There is an extensive DVD collection available and a shelf full of family games and puzzles for your enjoyment.
The property is on 2330sqm of land in a forest setting, with a large, flat, front lawn complete with soccer goal and outside shower. The 4.5km beach is 60m from the front lawn and can be seen across the foreshore reserve. The golf course is a 2 minute walk away and access to private tennis courts is across the road.
The house features a central open plan living with 2 wings either end, one with master & ensuite, twin bedroom and laundry and outdoor shower access. The other end with super king bedroom, 8 bed bunk room, separate w/c and bathroom. The master, superking bed, living & kitchen areas all enjoy glorious sea views.

Stunning location and house

We can't say enough good things about our stay at The Beach House. It was a lovely quiet location and within just a short stroll to the beach. The house was beautifully presented and in excellent condition. Debbie was also amazing to deal with and went over and above to make our stay enjoyable.

Absolutely Beautiful

This house was the perfect retreat - set on a serene section overlooking the beach and pretty much right on The Dunes Golf Course (which is a really nice course to play on). Gave the weekend a very country club feeling. Great weather gave us the opportunity to use the large flat lawn for morning yoga and the large deck for drinks in the afternoon. House was large and hosted the group well. Would definitely book this house again, thank you :)

Friends Connection in Paradise

This place is amazing! Right on the beach and awesome place with great entertaining area. Loads of beds for everyone and so handy to the golf course which was an epic course. Would highly recommend and will look to stay again one day. Johnny

An awesome spot with the beach at your doorstep. The home had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the bunk room and the front lawn. We didn’t want to leave!

Gorgeous Bach in an incredible location

An absolutely wonderful Bach located in the perfect location giving incredible privacy whilst having direct access to the beach. Incredibly well stoked house (we all commented on how well the kitchen was stoked) with a brilliant layout giving everyone their own space. I would book again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for having us.

Fantastic location and house had everything you need!

We stayed for 4 nights over Easter with our teenagers and another family (4 adults , 4 teenagers in total). Had an awesome time. House is immaculate, layout optmised for the views which is just stunning. The huge lawn in front of house was great. We spent many hours sitting out on lawn while kids played ball games. House came with everything you can imagine - all sort of ball games, card games, baking and kitching equipment. Better equipped than my own home almost. Certainly much more than a "bach"! We're already planning when to be back!

Magic holiday!

Our family stayed for 3 nights and had an amazing time! The bach has a fantastic lay out. Two wings for sleeping. With a great family space and kitchen flowing through to a large deck then flat lawn. A skip to the beach and then a warm outdoor shower. What an amazing place with a great outlook. Our kids loved playing football and cricket on the lawn. The house is well set up with everything we needed, very clean and tidy. We loved staying here, a special treat for our family with lovely memories. Thank you!!!
