About this property

Allatoona Lake House with Dock

The Lake House is a fantastic place to spend time with family and friends. It was recently remodeled and has 4 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms, sleeps 12, with 2,950 sq ft of living space. The dock is a 5 min walk down an easy path. The dock is on the lake at Clark Creek in a peaceful no wake area, ideal for swimming & boating.

We make a special effort to keep the house in excellent condition and fully stocked with everything you might need.

The Lake Point Sporting Center baseball park is only 7 miles from this lake house, a 13 min drive.

The dock is located about 1,800 feet from property along an easily followed trail through Army Corps of Engineer's Land, it takes about 5 mins to walk from the house to the dock.

Keep your boat at the dock, rent our 24’ Pontoon that seats 10, or rent a boat from the local Marina’s. You can also rent the Yamaha WaveRunner Jet Ski. We keep Kayaks & Paddles at the dock for your enjoyment. We also have water skis, surf boards, a paddle board, a large towable tube, ropes, & life jackets for your enjoyment at no additional cost.

The house is furnished with two king beds, one queen bed, two sets of bunks, & two twin daybeds, and it sleeps 12. The kitchen is fully equipped, we provide cleaning supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, & dryer sheets. The living room has a 65” LED TV with GREAT Wi-Fi @ 800 Mbps. We have a 55” LED TV on the back patio & another 55” LED TV down stairs which is great for movies and gaming.

We have a Sonos speaker system throughout the house that allows you to play your music. Surround sound in the living room, speakers on the back patio, & more down stairs in the gaming room.

IMPORTANT - The house is NOT set up for large gatherings, 12 is the maximum number of overnight people allowed at the house at anytime. Please remember this is NOT a party house!

The driveway has room for 4 cars, street parking is a problem and is not allowed so please be sure to keep cars off the street and off the neighbors property. Please do not block the street.

Do not leave trash on the lake property - we provide trash cans at the house and trash bags for your use. Please help us protect and preserve the lake!

Great House & Fantastic Host
We were in town for baseball over Spring Break so we can not review the lake portion of the rental but the house is fantastic! From day one every question was responded to quickly. The house has so much room. The house is for 10 but it is not cramped at 10. Had everything we needed and more. Walmart also delivers to this address. If we come back for baseball next year we would for sure stay here again.

Great family weekend
We booked this stay within 24 hrs of arrival due to bad weather changing our family get together plans. Our host was excellent at communicating and helped make our weekend a success. It’s not easy finding a stay that is big enough to accommodate our group with the perfect combo of bedrooms and beds. The beds were super comfortable and the entire house has everything plus some that you could need! Highly recommend!

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful, spacious home, and a quiet neighborhood! Had everything we needed and Mr. John was so kind! The back sunroom was heaven and I spent most of my time out there!! Me and one of the other ladies with the group walked down to the lake one morning even though it was chilly out, it was a very quick and easy walk.

A nice getaway
We had a family reunion and rented two houses but mostly spent our time at the other house which offered more kayaks to use. This house was very clean and a great place to stay but we wish that it had had a lake view. It would have been nice to have had soap, shampoo, etc... in the shower but thankfully we had some small ones in our luggage. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and it worked for the six of us who stayed there!

This home was absolutely perfect for our family reunion of 8 adults. Beautifully appointed and extremely well supplied and was so comfortable. The owner shared all the extras usually off limits to guests. The easily accessible dock and all its extras made it so enjoyable even for the 4 of us above 65.

In town for baseball. House was close to Lakepoint, but away from traffic and bustle. House was nice, clean and the a/c worked great! John made sure he was available if we needed him. Lake made sure we were able to relax and cool off when not balling. Would definitely stay again.

A Fantastic & Memorable Getaway!!
My family and I loved staying at The Lake House! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and theater room downstairs. The property was very clean and the owner took such good care of us by checking in and being super responsive when we had a question. We loved that they provided us with cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. for our stay. This was so helpful to our family, especially when trying to get settled the first day so we didn’t have to rush to the store for these basics. Check in was very easy. We weren’t even there yet and we already had gotten all the codes and info to check in via text from the owner. The welcome book was very, very detailed and helpful for answering all of our questions and showing us around the house. Check out was simple and easy as well. The house was very close to many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and gas stations. We went to Atlanta most everyday to sightsee and visit places. We liked that it was just a short 30 minute drive to downtown. We really admired the story of the owner and their family that was in the welcome book. We hope to be back soon to make some similar memories there! Thank you!!

Beautiful lake home in a great location! Home was clean, comfortable beds, and well equipped! Great communication with owner and organized visuals with home information. Cozy lake house
We travel a lot for sports and have been splitting house costs amongst friends instead of hotels. So every trip we look for little place that we can fellowship and hang out and make memories. This was one of our favorites. I only wish that we had more time. We only got to see the lake late at night but it was beautiful. I would love to return with my boat and really get to enjoy the area.

Fantastic vacation experience!
Comfortable and fun stay for grandparent, adult children/spouses and grandkids. Our host was very responsive and helpful with all questions (there weren’t many as he covered Check-in, checkout, amenities, suggestions for boat rental etc) before we arrived. The house was spacious and well stocked and the dock was highlight of our trip. We will definitely be looking into returning next summer for another great family get together!

As a child, my grandparents had a lake house. Some of my best memories are from weekends spent with our family at the lake. Having a lake house that we enjoy with family has been my dream. I can't wait to hear our children share their stories of the lake house with their children.
