Private studio with all the conveniences
I stayed in the studio for 5 nights while I was completing some training near Central Station - this studio was everything I needed. An easy 30 minute walk to Central Station (with lovely Breadfern Bakery on the way!). The studio was kitted out with everything I needed for my stay, the bed was comfy, the shower had good pressure and temperature, and groceries were close by. The hosts were quick to respond and assist with my queries. The studio is attached to the back of a unit but I never noticed anyone there during my stay. The street noise can be a bit loud so pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Great little place
Very neat, modern and great for Me and the dog. Kitchen had great supplies for cooking and close to city. Only down fall is parking. It says ample street parking but sometimes I struggled. It’s also 2hrs only So if you want to chill you have to be aware to move your car every 2hrs. I wonder if there a permit that would alleviate this. Otherwise enjoyed our stay and little park down the road for toilet stops for the dog

A fantastic property
We had a wonderful time staying at 'The Studio at Waterloo'. It is exactly as it was presented in the photos. Parking was also 'no problem'. We were always able to park out the front. It is also in an excellent location, close to the city, and Coles and Aldi are nearby. I highly recommend it. Thanks so much!

Wonderful accommodation experience
This accommodation place which I booked for a few days stay for only 1 person (me) turned out helpful when my daughter whom I accompanied to secure her own long-term place of accommodation somewhere. Unfortunately it did not turn out well, leaving her with nowhere to stay. Last resort was to invite her over to spend overnight with me. I emailed the accommodation right away to explain that i brought in my daughter with me as additional guest. The next day, we were able to get her a new longterm accommodation. I would like to settle payment for my daughter's overnight stay on 21June 2024.

Loved our stay at Waterloo. Unit was close to everything, such as public transport, supermarket and restaurants. Parking was very close by and free. Has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Fabulous loft
The loft is compact but has more than enough space for 3 or 4 people. It is clean and comfortable with everything you could need during your stay. I highly recommend.

Lovely little apartment but probably best suited to a couple. We stayed with my adult daughter and her partner and was a little too cramped for 4 adult’s especially as the only bathroom was upstairs in the main bedroom.

By far one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed. Dog friendly with all the amenities you could want even a ‘smart’ washing machine. Would love to move in permanently! We’ll definitely be back!

The location was good, parking is a bit of problem. The layout of the studio apartment was perfect bed also was comfortable. Except the oven tray wasn’t clean, baby nappy left in the bin and bedside table was dusty .

Everything was good!!! ☺️ Except for the bed… 🥺 We didn’t sleep well as the bed was uncomfortable. The lower middle part & the left upper portion of the bed was broken. We were sinking and had a lower back pain every morning.

The Studio was a brilliant find. The place was very comfortable and so close to Sydney CBD and not far from Green Sq station for the airport train. There are supermarkets, cafes, chemist and bottle shop as well as numerous takeaway options within a really short walk. Also, Crown St Surry Hills is only a 15 minute walk away for cafes and restaurants. The accomodation was well set up for self catering and also had a combo washer/dryer for those that stay a little longer. The hosts were genuinely nice people and offered much local knowledge which helped getting around and getting good coffee. The Studio in my eyes was a far nicer option to high rise serviced apartments and I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to be just out of the city but close to the action.
