On Beautiful Raquette River in the heart of the Adirondacks.
Right on the water sites, wild life , easy access close to town, tree sites avalivable as well large groups are welcome....................................................................................................................................lots off room and spaces 86 acres to explore and 36 miles of rivers lakes and ponds to play on not to mention the millions off acres of state land. We have pick nick tables, porta potties and rustic out houses , showers available, this is a beautiful swimmable river , 20 feet deep, fire wood sold on site, kayak rentals, tube rentals and drop off for 4 hours tubing float trips, or 6 hour kayak trip to camps base.,site canoes and row boat available as well as paddle boat.
Private area, off water tree sites available as well as a special hikers sites of the over night stays, great place for over night camping on the long lake to Tupper Lake canoe trips, we always have spaces available,

Over 30 sites on and off the water.

To good to be true

Start off by saying that my son got bit by the owners dog while at the office so watch out for that. For the hot showers they put in the description is just one shower in the cabin that the owners stays at which was weird. No electricity no running water. porta pottys and out houses stunk. The campsites are super small and Rocky so be prepared to trip all over rocks and have a hard time finding a flat spot to put a tent. Canoes and paddle boats are junk not worth using. Paid for 4 nights only stayed 3. Won't be back again

Had relax, facility with boat, kayak and swimming at non commercial campground, along river.
