This modern 4 bedroom. 2 bathroom home sits on a private 1/3 acre property adjacent to 14 picturesque acres just minutes from Penticton or Okanagan Falls with a 270 degree view of the Lake and Valley. There is shared 300 feet of low bank grassed private lakefront a one minute drive or 5 minute walk down the hill. Lots of comfortable furniture, 2 BBQs and multiple interior and exterior sitting areas to enjoy family and friends . Rare , safe and level back grassed area for the young ones to play and run around or just sit under the big shade tree for wine and conversation. Well behaved dogs welcome. We have repeatedly been awarded 5 stars on Air BNB including for the " spotless" condition of the property . This year to address COVID 19 we have implemented even more stringent cleaning and airing protocols as our guests' safety and comfort is paramount to us. Golf, walking, hiking , water sports. Skaha Bluffs rockclimbing and wine tasting within minutes of the area. The house accommodates 8 comfortably with its open concept living room and kitchen area onto a large deck . Come and watch the spectacular sunsets over there lake with a view that stretches for miles .

We enjoy travel and while practicing law Pam is also working on her credentials to become an AKC judge after years of our breeding some of America's top winning conformation and performance Rottweilers.
Why they chose this property
There are relatively few properties on the sunny East side of all of the Okanagan Lakes including Skaha compared to the West ( highway) side. The sun stays up for long evenings on the East side whereas many properties are fully shaded across the lake by 3 p.m. . There are some large shade trees on this 1/3 acre property with a commanding view for miles up the lake.
What makes this property unique
Our intent and desire was to create a private and comfortable space for guests to experience the Okanagan. Hiking, Birdwatching, swimming, boating, wine touring, golf, rock climbing the Skaha Bluffs, cycling, painting or just sitting on the deck it's all at or within minutes of the house. Part of the property is level for croquet, bocce or badminton. Play a boardgame (or two) and relax in the peace and quiet, or take the telescope and stargaze
