Superb 4 bed villa in Gated Community The Sanctuary West Haven

This 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home is located in The Sanctuary,West Haven a gated neighborhood off of Ronald Regan Parkway. Only 15-20 minutes from the main attractions using the I.4 and 5 minutes from Champions Gate which offers shops and many restaurants including Millers Ale House, Red Robin Olive Garden and arriving summer of 2021 Longhorn Steakhouse! So after a day at the parks convenient to call in on your way home and spend the evening relaxing around the pool. Which can be heated for $25.00 a day and must be ordered prior to check in.
The Queen en-suite bedroom has walk-in closets, access to the furnished pool area and TV.
There is a Queen bedroom with TV & DVD and two twin bedrooms(Jack and Jill) one with a TV. The family room has TV and Wii game for those family nights!!! The games room has a pool table and dartboard.
A fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.
A washer and dryer is also available for your use.
WiFi is FREE!
A tastefully furnished and decorated home you will not want to leave once you're here!

Great getaway

Great spot other than it was noisy because of the heavy traffic on Ronald Reagan bulavard. Older hone but other than that a great little spot.

Spacious home, convenient location!

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I cannot speak more highly of the responsiveness/helpful nature of the property manager, Gillian and her husband. A few notes about this property - there is a busy/noisy road directly behind the house - the noise was noticeable, but a speaker, while relaxing poolside, helped. Also, this property is not stocked with things such as dish soap, extra toilet paper, dish washer pods, salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc... so be prepared to either bring your own, or buy. I look forward to staying here again.

Property was well maintained and pool area was perfect for Florida sun with lanai having the right amount of shade. Outside bathroom was perfect for the moments when you had to get out of the pool. Thanks Gillian for all that you did. Marguerite

LOVED IT!!

We had the best vacation stay at our rental. The pool was the most used thing that we could ever ask for. The house was clean, there were plenty of the necessities we needed, ie towels and linens, pots and pans, plates, silverware and glasses. The washer and dryer were a great addition! Very close to the local community and shopping area. Located perfectly between Orlando and Tampa to hit all attractions! We will definitely be renting again! Thank you!!!!

A perfect home with a great price.

Our spring break vacation couldn’t have gone any better especially with the confidence knowing we could live comfortably here for a week. With a family of 10, this enormous house had more than enough room for everyone. The private pool was a major plus since we have small ones that had extra energy to burn off after the parks. The benefits of having a your own laundry room was great. We flew back with clean clothes😀 with nothing to wash at home. The property had a charcoal grill in which we used for a family cookout while the kiddos played in the garage/game room on the billiards and fooseball tables. There was plenty of dishes, silverware, cups, coffeemaker, tables, seating, and countertops to accommodate us with ease. The master suite or should I say master sweet because of its large space; shower and jacuzzi was unbelievable. The rest of the family had no complaints on the house and space. We did have a small issue with the pool knob for the pool lights in which we contacted our property manager. The handyman showed up within a couple of hours...great job. Also, any questions our property manager had a quick response for us. Great neighborhood and about 25-30mins away from the major attractions. Stores and shopping centers were only 5-10mins away. All in all, perfect home with a great price. We would definitely rent again.

Holiday vacation for the fmaily

Overall the home was amazing but I paid for 7 days for thr pool to be heated I got 4 days no refund. We had to purchase dish liquid for dishwasher and hand washing, garbage bags, detergent for washing their items, and no toiletries not even extra toilet tissue the basic things you need coming into the home. But the home was so close to everything and that was so convenient. overall I will definitely rent this property again ,
