cozy, upstairs apartment unit, nicely decorated and clean
Property owner is responsive and welcoming. Nice garden, pond, path. 1 room apartment is over the 'carriage' garage with all kitchen, bath, bed, tv, internet supplied. There is a small, iron spiral staircase necessary to climb to get to unit, so everyone in your party must be physically fit to manage carrying luggage while twisting up and down the stairs. We have an old, blind arthritic dog, and it was necessary to carry her. A nice place to stay while our nearby home was being painted. We appreciated the hospitality.. There was even a lamp that looked to us like "Lumiere!"

Beautiful Horse Farm in Ball Ground
We had a wonderful stay in the carriage house at a beautiful horse farm / estate in Ball Ground, Georgia. Our hostess, Constance was great!
