This property backs onto the premier Victorian Dunes golf course and a short drive to everything the Mornington Peninsula has to offer including St. Andrews Beach Golf Course, Gunnamatta Trail Rides and St. Andrews Beach Brewery, Peninsula Holiday Rentals presents this beautifully renovated four bedroom accommodation, perfect for a holiday any time of year.

This accommodation boasts a large open kitchen/dining/living area with a lovely wood fire coonara, a massive 75inch smart TV with Netflix availability, dining for 8 plus 2 bar stools at the breakfast bar overlooking the fabulous outdoor entertaining area including a gas BBQ and dining setting for 6.

Set upon large grounds, there is plenty of room for all your backyard activities including a 4 hole putting green and chipping bunker for golf enthusiasts, soccer goals, trampoline and triple storey outdoor children's play centre set include 3 slides and 3 swings.

Your stay will include a separate rumpus room for the kids or adults and is well equipped with lounge area 42inch smart TV (ability to steam online only), foosball table all extending out to a sizable balcony captivating its surroundings.

Kitchen is complete with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso pod machine and sandwich press maker.

Bathroom facilities include main bathroom with separate bath, shower and basin, separate toilet located off the laundry and master bedroom with ensuite.

Laundry facilities include front loader, dryer, iron, ironing board and airer.

Off street parking is available for 4+ cars

We enjoyed it here. It was as described and photographed on the listing. Easy to heat up in the cold weather, good TV system. We really loved the yard for our dog, she had an absolute ball enjoying the grassed areas and I thought it looked like a lovely yard to relax in during warmer months. Good location as well. Only thing I didn’t love was the bathroom set-ups. They were both lovely and clean too but it’s very strange the master ensuite has no door, given that the toilet is right in plain sight next to the door. Fine to shower in front of your partner but not sit on the toilet, thanks. Would also suggest caddies/ledge in the showers, there was nowhere to put products. Overall we are pleased and enjoyed our stay, thank you very much!

Great location!
We stayed for a week of golf with a group of ladies. Large house with lots of activities if you have kids. Disappointed with the cleanliness of property on arrival especially the floors and couches but apart from that it was a good property for what we needed as a base. Garden is a little unkempt.

Great big house in a quiet street.
A big house with a great backyard for kids or pets. The putting green was a winner as was the massive flat screen tv. I was so happy I booked it again for a golf trip 2 weeks after this visit.
