Our newly renovated deluxe cottage boasts lawn space, a private deck with outdoor furniture, and a gas grill for your enjoyment. Step inside to find a comfortably furnished space with air conditioning and wood flooring throughout. The condo features a nicely appointed kitchen with an electric stove, oven, blender, drip-style coffee maker, and an island with bar seating, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. Slide open the door to access your private deck, complete with table seating and a gas BBQ grill. Relax in the comfortable living room and dining area, offering plenty of seating for gatherings with family and friends. Retreat to the primary bedroom featuring a comfortable memory foam king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. The guest bedroom features two double-size beds, providing plenty of sleeping space for all guests. This condo does not allow smoking or pets, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for all guests. Our unique location in a quiet residential Hyannis neighborhood gives our guests a number of distinct advantages. Main Street is only a mile away, with its wide selection of shopping, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife.

POOL Information

-We do not Manage the pool, therefore we are not responsible its availability, hours, and closures.
-The anticipated open date for the pool is the first weekend in July (subject to change and availability).
-Hours and availability vary (typically 11am to 6pm), depending on pool occupancy, weather and staffing.  Stop by the pool and see the staff to verify availability.
-Pool closes for the season on Labor Day.
-Please bring your own pool and beach towels, these are not provided.
