We have chosen this place because of the location, because of the view it has, because of the quality it is built and because my kids will have a place to stay when they will start their Student life, the University of British Columbia is 8km away.

What makes this property unique

I like comfort myself and know how important to have a quality sleep that's why I have purchased a good hard mattress in the master bedroom and orthopedic pillows.
I also like to keep healthy lifestyle and walk to the beach everyday, I don't need to use my car a lot, only driving to the mountains for hiking or skiing and to golf clubs or farms.
