This home has all the comforts of home along with luxurious amenities like 4 master suites and a classic Mickey-themed bunk bedroom – all with TVs and private ensuites, a living area with 55” TV, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor summer kitchen, home theatre, games area and much more! Soak in the warm Florida sun as you swim in the private pool and spa or enjoy a movie and arcade game in the home theatre/game room. Explore all there is to do nearby with Disney World Resort within 6 miles. Is golfing your pleasure? We offer access to Reunion Resort’s exclusive championship golf courses. Spring break stay

Great house , very roomy and also clean . Pool / hot tub were not the cleanest , but not terrible either . Good location and resort has good amenities.

Best home I’ve ever stayed in

This home is in the middle of one of the most secure and most beautiful spots in Florida. The pool and the jacuzzi are amazing. Huge living room and kitchen. Lots of bedrooms to go around and an amazing game room with a movie theater in it. A wonderful neighborhood to go walking and exercising through. Michelle took care of a couple of our concerns right away and was a gracious and an unbelievable host. I can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you so much.

Orlando Getaway

We had an amazing time and with 8 people we had plenty of room and plus some! We had plenty to do at the house and in the community! The house was very clean! We had no issues at all and loved watching movies in the movie theater! Beautiful view as well! Loved staying here and hope to come back!

Beautiful house in great neighborhood

Awesome place. Loved the house—very comfortable and clean—as advertised. Loved the pool area and patio. Check-in was a little Confusing initially but host quickly clarified. Rental gave access to all the Reunion pools/resort amenities. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome place to stay!!

The home is in close proximity to Disney and Universal. It was a great experience, clean, and felt just like home. We definitely recommend it and would stay again next time we are coming to Orlando!

Perfect place for two families

Family Christmas Vacation

The 5bed/5.5bath house is very accommodating and very clean. The location is great. We used the Reunion Waterpark and one of the restaurants. You can walk or take the shuttle to all the facilities. We loved the lazy river. Additionally, we often used the hot tub at the house.

Stunning Sunset Views

This home has such a stunning view of the lake and water fountain. A large west facing patio allows you to enjoy the sun during the day while you listen to the calming sounds of the water fountain and in the evening watching the stunning sunsets was incredible. It was spacious and clean with a lot of light. Everyone enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful Retreat

Michelle was extremely accommodating and the property was just as described. Any questions I had Michelle would respond very quickly. Property was very well maintained and very clean. Absolutely recommend this property. So great to have the private pool with the option of the resort water park as well.

Stunning Sunset Views

This is probably the nicest 5 bedroom home in Reunion with stunning view of the lake and water fountain. A large west facing patio allows you to enjoy the sun during the day while you listen to the calming sounds of the water fountain and in the evening watching the stunning sunsets was incredible. The newly built home is spacious and professionally furnished with light colors providing a very bright atmosphere. The theatre room and games room were welcomed by youth and adults alike. We would definitely rent this property again.

Wonderful home with lots of amenities

From the day we checked in, to the day we checked out, all of our needs were met. There was an issue in the theater room which is a main perk of the house, but we contacted Michelle and she took care of us right away. Our four boys staying at the house thoroughly enjoyed the theater room. The five adults thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool! Michelle was very responsive whenever I reached out to her. Another perk of the house has access to the water park and all the pools on site. If I ever visit the area again we will for sure stay here. It’s a great location that is thriving.

Great Family Vacation & Wonderful Home

Our renting experience was great! Michelle the owner was very attentive leading up to our stay and offered many suggestions of things to do I. The Reunion community, as well as Orlando and surrounding areas. The home was very clean and had impeccable interior designs. You can definitely tell that Michelle put a lot into making the home feel warm and inviting. The kitchen was well appointed with all the pots, pans, small appliances, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Although the pool is smaller than the image projects, it was a nice pool and our family of 8 enjoyed it. This home and the warm professionalism of Michelle really helped ensure that our family had a fun, bonding and comfortable vacation during these challenging times (COVID-19).

Easter family vacation

When we checked in, dishwasher was not working properly and all the carpets were badly stained. We contacted the owner and she promptly responded. Dishwasher was eventually replaced and carpets were cleaned. Also had issues with water pressure and taking too long to heat up. Overall, the unit needs the owner’s attention and is very “worn”. I don’t believe we would rent again unless improvements were made.

It could of been a lot better

Master bathroom was smelly every time you flushed toilet odor came from shower drain, dust balls everywhere when we arrived, dirt rings inside toilets, most of the electronics including the theater in the description didn’t work as reported, internet didn’t work for 6 days out of our stay, I wouldn’t recommend renting from Florida Vacation Home in the future.

On the edge

Beautiful home. Great location. Home could provide some essentials like sugar, salt and pepper not expensive just the little touch. Home touts the A/V experience but most of the televisions in the bedrooms had remotes that had dead batteries, the theater room, tho well documented was just to difficult to use so I would suggest that the room be automated more ...other than that the home was great. The little things mentioned did not bother my team, we were onsite doing golf work so the home was empty from 7 AM to 7 PM most nights. A family or multi family may be annoyed with the AV being frustrating...I would rent again! Thank you

Quiet and Relaxing

This is a nice house in a nice location of Reunion Resorts with a backyard and pool that face a small pond with a fountain. It's quiet at night and you get to see orange sunsets when the clouds are just right. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, especially at night with the pool lights on, and there is a generous covered patio area with an outdoor grill and fridge. We ate outside half the week.. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and the first floor has a powder room in addition to the first floor bedroom suite (convenient for elderly relatives). No one needs to share a bathroom in this house. Nice layout overall with a cool movie room to boot. Property manager Michelle is awesome and very accessible, even answering our emails after midnight when we first booked the house. Now THAT is service!

Very disappointed.

False advertising. Internet not working, main fridge not making ice, Theater room never worked, pool was dirty when we got to the house and the washer was not working well it kept going into a spin cycle. These things never got fixed. This despite me calling the owner and informing her and the manager team. Pictures were also provided. It was supposed to be a fun, stress free family vacation. I was equally disappointed with VRBO because they shifted the blame to the owner and they took no responsibility. Never again will I or my family would make a reservations with VRBO. This was also passed on to our immediate friends.

Value Efficient Option in Reunion

Last min spring break trip for two families. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids under 8. Pool at house is very convenient option (tho on-site pool probably orthodox option in this community). Reunion water park was a great benefit, spent two days there vs. theme parks and kids were probably happier. Location to parks if great. List of awareness and nit picks, not diminishing stars for the price on these but will look to spend a bit more and expect more elsewhere next time: - home tech is 10 years outdated. Wifi is not mesh and caps at 2.5 frequency... meaning it is not only slow when working but drops when more than a couple devices connect to it. Verizon & AT&T signals are weak if trying to hot spot. Plan on not having connectivity unless tech is upgraded... forces focus elsewhere but should be advertised on the listing. - this area of Florida is a dead zone for healthy grocery shopping. No Whole Foods, Trader Joes or local equiv options. Publix is a processed only waste land. - No convenient restaurants for take out near Reunion. The main clubhouse bar has decent sushi however. - alarm on sliding door for pool security is more than annoying, especially trying to get kids to sleep. Note that alarm is only on the South side door, block that one from opening... solved.

We've taken our children on our travels since they were wee babies.
We have often booked VRBO homes when travelling as a family and sincerely want to share with others what they need to know to get the most out of their family vacations.

This property has been on the rental market for a while, but we have just added this owner based listing to have direct contact with our future guests!

Why they chose this property

We custom built this home in 2013 and 2014 trying to include everything we would want when travelling ourselves. We worked closely with a professional to design and stock the home. She though of everything! We love the Orlando area and all it has to offer. Reunion Resort is ideally located on the I-4 close to theme parks, restaurants, beaches, airboat rides, fishing, so much more!

Every visit we come away with a list of things to do for next time.

What makes this property unique

Ideally located on the I-4 and close to many, many amenities, but the best is after a busy day taking it all in you get to return to a peaceful, spacious home in a scenic setting. A place to sit back and enjoy the company of family and friends, be it pool side in the evenings, the spa or home theatre...The choice is yours. Enjoy!
