The Space:
Quality construction and remarkable ocean views come standard. This spectacular 2 bedroom and 2 bath suite offers a spacious living space including a pullout queen size sofa (sleeps 2) and a kitchenette with mini-fridge and freezer, Broan cooktop fully stocked with drinkware, flatware, and dinnerware. A Nespresso Vertuo, coffee station with pods, Breville toaster oven, iron tea kettle and Ninja blender for preparing light meals. This 1 bedroom suite has a king size bed fully outfitted with luxurious linens and our favorite down comforter. High quality finishes include Toto Neorest 700 Dual Flush Bidet, glass framed showers with a Graff rain shower, stand alone bathtub and perfectly lit LED vanity. Apple TV on every TV. High Speed internet and AC.

Our guests have access to their assigned suite and all shared common areas, including the expansive grassy area, grilling stations, beach sand lounging area, and laundry room. Complimentary access to CURE Wellness and Gym is also included, conveniently located nearby (not onsite).

The Neighborhood:
Dubbed "Billionaire's Beach" by locals Carbon Beach has become one of the most popular and requested beaches in Malibu. Known for its long sandy beaches makes Carbon perfect for long walks on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming and sunbathing. Guests are seconds away from the sand.
Steps away from Nobu and SoHo House and seconds from the sand. You can walk to surfrider beach and the Malibu Pier. Walk to the Country Mart and experience the best restaurants and shops Malibu has to offer. New center for grocery shopping with new shops opening everyday.
Getting Around:
We recommend using Uber or a rental car. Many restaurants and stores are within walking distance of SA Suites on Carbon.

Please send our team a message prior to booking this home. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking.
SA Suites strives to offer a peaceful and serene environment for our guests. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors while using the common areas. Please do not walk to other units or use amenities that are intended for other guests.

In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well.
1) **No Parties. No Visitors. No Unapproved Guests.**
All guest names must be submitted before booking. A guest is anyone who will spend any time at the property. We may request photo ID from the booker and all listed guests.
Unlisted guests are not allowed. This policy helps us stay within legal limits and maintain peace in the neighborhood. Overcapacity may result in cancellation of your stay.
**Guests are only permitted on the complex grounds from check-in to check out time. Guests are not permitted on the property during any other times.
2) No pets unless proof is provided that the pets are service pets. We, out of principle, do not allow any pets. However, due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet.
3) No Smoking or Vaping – It’s the Law
This property is in a High Brush Fire Zone under LA Municipal Code 41.50 B 18 b. Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and similar devices are strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors.
Our smoke detectors are highly sensitive—if triggered, the fire department is alerted and a $500 fee applies. If caused by rule violation, the guest will be charged.
4) Do not send mail to property before or after your reservation dates.
If you need mail delivered before or after your stay, then we can help. You may send it to our office. Then we can take your mail to the property for you on the day of your arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or un-retrieved mail or packages.
6) Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 8:00am.
Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood.
Property is located on Pacific Coast Highway. Guests are subject to hearing potential road noise and/or waves crashing.
7) Parking:
You will receive one parking pass. You cannot park in the parking lot at the front of the property without the parking pass. If you are not able to get a spot, then you will need to park either on PCH or in the overflow parking lot above the complex that has D’amores pizza and PC Greens. Note that the handicap spot is ticketed by the police - as are all handicap spots in California. So, do not park there - or anywhere - without the relevant pass(es). The police will not hesitate to charge you +$500 for parking where you shouldn’t.
8) Please do not hang clothing items or towels off the glass railings in the complex.
9) Pre-Stocking: Choose from our available pre-stocking options with at least one week's notice. A $75 service fee applies to all requests.
10) Day of Arrival:
Please let us know if you prefer self-check-in or a personal tour. Only the guest who booked can check in and must show their ID for security. This is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us to maintain a secure environment.
11) Check-In: We have a check-in window from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval.
Check-out: 10:00am.
Cleanliness:
We take our cleaning seriously. You can trust that our homes are thoroughly deep cleaned between guest visits. All of our homes have white hotel-style linens, white towels, toiletries for our guests, and well stocked kitchens with high-end appliances. Amid COVID-19, our cleaning intensified: surfaces wiped with hot water and disinfectants. All towels and linens washed, regardless of appearance; many hotels don't. Door handles and high-touch spots get extra care. Staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. Our exceptional cleaning surpasses CDC standards.
This property contains an exterior camera at the front door which is motion sensored and is active during guests stay.
When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee.
