Nice Place

Cabin had lots of room. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and well taken care of. Easy to get into property along with specific instructions for leaving. We enjoyed our stay here.

Smells like smokers live there.

Had a very nice stay other than the smoke odor. Quiet, easy layout, interesting structure. Heat works well in winter. Water pressure and temp good. Needs finish carpenter, every bathroom has gaps between door, if the door even latches closed. Extremely tight parking for trailer, probably not bad in summer on grass. Would stay again.

Beautiful Cabin with all the amenities!

Cabin was spotless and I mean spotless. There was pretty much everything we could have needed IN the cabin. Location was fantastic, saw several deer on the property, which is a big deal for our family. We would love to stay here again in either fall or winter. Thank you Andersons.

Cozy and Rustic

We enjoyed our stay at this Northwood’s home. It is spacious and comfortable with a cozy cabin feel. We gathered around the fireplace and the pool table in the evenings. There were hundreds of books and dozens of games and puzzles available if only we had booked a longer stay. The home was nestled in the woods overlooking a picturesque lake. It was the perfect hideaway.

Great snowmobiling weekend

Beautiful cabin on the lake. Great scenery and warm inviting interior. Great furniture and well appointed kitchen. Loved the miniture Christmas village. Easy access to snowmobile trails made it a great time.

Perfect Family Gathering Spot!

We celebrated Christmas here with out out of town family and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The house is huge, impeccably clean, has two fully stocked kitchens, a pool table, games, and plenty of beds.

Thanksgiving Stay

We had a wonderful time as we celebrated Thanksgiving in the cabin. The cabin is very clean and was well decorated. The fireplace and pool table are a bonus. Plus, we enjoyed the peace and quiet. David was also very responsive with all of our questions. If you are looking for a great cabin in the northern woods of Wisconsin, this is the place!

Enjoyed our family mini vacation

Could tell previously dogs and smokers had stayed. Cigarettes were on the ground outside and pets not picked up after. Also rugs and a chair had dog hair on in the house. Vacuuming job could have been a little better. Otherwise we enjoyed the house and left things in perfect condition.

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful and clean and overlooks a pretty lake. The snow started coming down as we were leaving and made us want to stay more. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Great Northwoods getaway!

Silver Lake Lodge is a perfect Northwoods cabin! Very well kept, spacious space and stocked with almost everything you need (including lots of games, puzzles, books, and DVDs). The location and lake are great. The water is very clear and shallow near the shore, which was perfect for our young kids and dog. We also loved the fire pit for making S’mores and the balcony for family meals. We’re hoping to come back next year!

Wisconsin Family Vacation

We were thrilled with the location and the cabin we stayed in. The cabin was clean and well kept. The cabin had everything we needed including a gate to block the upstairs stairway from our little one! I would recommend this cabin to anyone.

Great Place

Roomy, comfortable place to stay. Let’s of space to gather but also to get away from people. Internet signal was spotty but workable. Weirdly high king bed. Hard to get into but very comfy once you did. Definitely will look to stay there again.

35th Anniversary

We had the best time celebrating our 35th anniversary and Christmas during our stay. There were nine of us sharing the space and everything worked out great! Everything was exactly as pictured and there were many extras we didn’t even know about until we arrived. Great hosts! Would highly recommend!
