Well, my complete reviews says it all
We went there because we loved the pictures of the place. They were cozy and looked like a fantastic place to spend a weekend, but when we went there, it was just very different. The difference is that the place's beauty can't be captured in the pictures, and the central part, which can't be captured anywhere, is how great Noah and his wife are. I went there for the extraordinary place they have, but next time, I will go there because of how great of a host they are. I have traveled to many places, and I haven't seen such awesome folks. They are hard-working, innovative, and fantastic folks, and exactly that's why this place is incredible because they maintain it the same way they are. Now, to talk about the place, it's a super comfy place. It doesn't matter who you are. You will love the place. There is LITERALLY everything available at the place, whatever you can possibly need on your vacation. The location is out of the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by a forest, but still close enough to the main spots. Just a few miles away, a great brewery in Marshal's (Mad Co) has fantastic food and superb beer. My daughter loved the blanket because it was so soft and cozy. We also had a bonfire, which we enjoyed for hours, and roasted marshmallows. She also loved how they kept the LED strips to light up the place upstairs instead of putting the regular lights on. And she loved the soothing sound of the stream right next to the place.

Beautiful private and accessible
We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughters 10th birthday. She wanted to camp so badly for her birthday but I am not much of a camper. This was THE PERFECT solution. Very well kept place and the deck is spacious and so beautiful. We had a great stay. Thank you so much!

Girls Weekend
Me and some friends stayed here for a girls weekend. We loved that we had privacy yet not completely secluded as there were super friendly neighbors that drove by. We also liked that we weren’t in town but not too far from it either whether grabbing something to eat in Mars Hill or going to Asheville to shop, etc. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again! When looking at places I read all the reviews and the minor complaints I saw about this place (which weren’t an issue for me anyway) I noticed upon arrival had been resolved. That speaks volumes to me because it shows the owner actually cares about the place and wants those that stay to love the place as much as they do and we did! Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect! Far enough off the main roads to enjoy the quiet mountains, but close enough to civilization to get essentials for the stay. We hope to return some day soon!

Good Getaway
Overall the stay was exactly what we were looking for with our infant daughter and family. The stay offers just enough of the off the grid life (no service, out there, etc.) with enough of the 1st world amenities to not have to worry about things (hot water, deck, wifi, etc.). The place overall was quirky and quaint. I enjoyed the down time and would stay again

Perfect Mountain Stay!!
My stay at the cabin was perfect!! I was looking for a cozy and secluded stay in the mountains but still close to Asheville and good hiking locations. This place was perfect! There is lots of space for sleeping and all the amenities needed for a good glamping. The host was wonderful and easy to work with.

A dream stay
Loved this trailer and cabin! It was super clean and stocked with everything one could need! The location is awesome and so peaceful and relaxing. Sitting on the porch drinking coffee you are actually able to hear the leaves fall! Great place to stay with lots of room! Downstairs (trailer) area was like a separate place in itself. Which makes for lots of sleeping space. This lovely secluded cabin far exceeded my expectations. I stayed for 5 days, although I wanted to stay forever! It is so cozy and inviting. Theres a little stream that attracts many birds, and butterflies, squirrels, deer, horses - it's a haven for nature lovers! And then the hike up the hill … just do it! You will love it! And if you pay close attention to the little details and the workmanship of this place it is obvious that the owner has poured their soul into creating this “home away from home”.

Whimsical & comfortable mountain retreat
This property is not like any other I've stayed at--in a good way. It consists of a trailer nested within a wooden upper level structure built around it. The decor is whimsical and funky, including a number of llamas, iridescent plastic door winder, hand painted patio furniture etc. I liked the sweet touches, like fresh flowers outside. The unit was thoughtfully stocked (e.g., cooking equipment and spices, toiletries, linens, sewing kit, flashlights). Our 8 year old kid was very happy to see some nice treats waiting for her when we arrived (e.g., popcorn, Hershey's kisses), along with a nice DVD collection and some games. We were off visiting family for much of our visit and wished we had gotten more time to enjoy the lovely outdoor amenities here, including the creek, firepit, outdoor eating areas. This is a really nice space well-suited for small families or groups of friends who are relaxed, down-to-earth, outdoorsy, and who have an funky-artsy streak. Those who are looking for a generic hotel-style rental might not enjoy this as much.

Cozy camping
This camper/cabin combo was perfect for our 3 adults and 1 child. My Dad who has mobility problems had no issue navigating the stairs into the camper. There was plenty of propane for cooking and grilling on the covered porch. I purchased yard spray at the local Ingles so bugs were not a concern either. There was plenty of hot water although be careful in the upstairs cabin because it can get extremely hot very quickly. The sounds of the stream in the yard were plentiful and the roads were easy to navigate. The neighbors I must say are the friendliest I’ve ever seen… EVERYONE waved hello, and I mean EVERYONE! Great location about 30 minutes or so outside of Asheville. Great views and the host was very easy to contact although everything was great and we didn’t need her. I recommend this location if you are looking to camp in style.

Pleasant stay in the mountains
We were looking to spend time with our family in the mountains in a small town. This was the perfect getaway in Marshall. The loft on top of the vintage trailer was perfect for the kids to spend quality time together too. We used the grill, the eyes, and toaster oven to make some good home-cooked meals. The kids had an awesome time horseback riding and going to the zoo on town. It was the best zoo they have ever been too! Lots of interaction with the animals!

Cozy, comfy camping
Our kids were dying to stay in a camper, and my husband didn’t want to, so... this property was perfect for us! The kids called the camper home and my husband and I had the loft all to ourselves. The camper and loft were well appointed. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the porch each morning before heading out for our various mountain adventures. Listening to the steam flow beside the camper was very relaxing. We used the kitchen in the camper all weekend as our primary kitchen. The refrigerator worked well even though it is old. My daughter wanted to paint it a light green or pink to fit the theme! Solar lights are coated on the steps up to the loft, so we were able to see well in the dark without turning on all of the lights. The only negatives were that some of the towels provided for us were a bit damp, and we didn’t have a way to effectively dry them. Also, a carpet runner upstairs leading to the bed would make the upstairs feel a bit more cozy. The owner and rental company were very responsive to my concerns before our visit. They resolved all of the issues that the previous reviewer listed.

Great place away from it all
This place was so unique. We very much enjoyed our stay at the camper/apartment. We had everything we needed. We slept 4 adults and 1 child comfortably. The porch was awesome. We had a great time exploring on the property....the small stream, fire pit, nature, we even walked up the road to see the neighboring cows and chickens. If you are looking for a place "off the grid" to enjoy nature with a side of glamping, this is it. Thanks so much for the experience! We loved it.

Quiet and cute but need of improvement
This is hard for to give a review because I do not want to say anything bad about the property, but I want to be honest for people that are wanting to rent in the future. The property is very secluded and on a very quiet Street. The pictures definitely showed better than the actual. retro renovation of the air stream was. There is no lock on the door so you have to use a padlock to get in, we could not figure out how to lock it once we were inside. The first thing I noticed was the AC ceiling unit covered in dust.... The refrigerator looked really cool in the photos but was very rusted in person, the freezer was totally iced over with no door and the bottom of the refrigerator was filled with water, although it did keep the food very cold. And we were able to put water in the freezer and it froze. I do not believe the stove works or we could not figure out how to get the gas to come on. The porch was great at night and very quiet. The upstairs unit was very cute although my fiance is 6-2 and it is not conducive for a tall person especially the bathroom area.. I am 5-2 and had no issues. There is no phone service while you're out there, so you can try to use Wi-Fi calling. There is no cable TV just FYI you can get Netflix on the TV... you will have plenty of hot water! The lighting in the bathroom upstairs could only be turned on if all the lights in the unit were on, that makes it a little tough at night. The kitchen in the Airstream could definitely be more organized and better supplied with cookware and a roll of paper towels napkins. Cabinets under counters not clean or organized. The downstairs bathroom tile is new but. It definitely needs a paint job and some new throw rugs as they looked really dirty. The Fire pit was very nice, the grill was very dirty and had not been cleaned from prior use. The only way to get Lighting on the stairs is being in the upstairs unit and having all of the lights on as well. Dangerous at night if no lights on..... this all being said I enjoyed my weekend away but feel that this unit was not 100% ready for the rental market at this time. We slept upstairs the whole time because we just did not get a clean feeling downstairs or safe because we could not lock the door. Again I am sorry to say unfavorable things but just want to be honest and hopefully help you to improve some things for future guests.

Perfect Getaway
My wife and I stayed two nights at this property and it was exactly what we needed. We spent most of our time on the porch drinking local IPAs and soaking up nature with our pup. You are 30 mins from the Appalachian Trail and 30 mins from Sunny Point Cafe. Would highly recommend this place for couples or small families that like the outdoors and want to disconnect. Cheers.
