4th Floor Corner Condo with Golf and Ocean Views at Cinnamon Beach
This unit aims to please with its spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom layout and beautiful views and large balcony to enjoy.

Entering the condo, the many windows let the natural light pour into the space. The open floor plan feels spacious for everyone to gather together. The granite kitchen also has a breakfast nook for delicious morning coffee. Brew your morning coffee in the Drip Coffee Maker. This unit is complete with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking up the day's catch or hit up one of the many oceanside restaurants in our area.

The King Master suite invites with a picture window overlooking the golf course and ocean complete with TV, plush king bed, double vanity, walk-in shower, and separate soaking tub.

The 2nd bedroom features a Queen bed and an ensuite full bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds and TV. The 3rd full bathroom is conveniently across the hall from the 3rd bedroom.

The laundry room is a great space to store your beach accessories.

Off of the main living space is a grand balcony with a dining table and additional seating for further relaxation. This is a perfect place to decompress after a long day at the Cinnamon Beach pools and beach. Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock amenities include: a sensational oceanfront pool, lakeside pool with clubhouse and lounge, kids' game room, water park, hot tub, bar/grille, fitness center and more. Even better, all these amenities are less than a 5-minute walk from this condo!

Needed to replace air filter. Maintenance never returned to replace dirty filter. We spent our own money ($25) to replace it our self.

Exceeded Expectations! Awesome Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very spacious and accommodating for our family of 5. We all had plenty of space, and the furnishings were more than adequate. We were very pleased with the access to games and books. The balcony was very well furnished with comfortable seating. Everyone really appreciated having three full baths. My only suggestion is to consider putting ceiling fans with lights in the bedrooms. The lighting in the bedrooms wasn’t adequate at night of if curtains were drawn during the day. Overall an amazing rental.

Reviewer Comments: Unit was pleasant but in need of maintenance, as follows:-floors were dirty- kitchen was under equipped with very few glasses,etc- lamp switch in second bedroom had broken off- bath drain in second bedroom was clogged up with hair, causing backup- thick layer of dust behind TV- sliding glass door needs to be oiled as it was very difficult to open- no coffee filters for coffee machine (I left 300 - cost me all of $3)Minor items: apart from that the place was comfortable

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello, We still have a pleasant stay at Cinnamon beach (this is the third time we have stayed at the resort). On the other hand, we were really disappointed with the lack of understanding of the Cinnamon beach vacation rentals manager: We have a problem with our car and the repair took much longer than expected. We have if it was possible to leave our luggage in a secure area and we have the answer that it was not possible. We had to decide to leave our luggage in a free parking space and we had a warning to free this space in the next few hours. In short, we would have appreciated more empathy about our situation.

Hidden Gem!!

We were very pleased with the accommodations and even more pleasedbthat we could bring our dogs! Plenty of room for everyone. Our family was able to visit. I will be recommending and we will be booking again. Our family truly enjoyed everything, we were a short walk to the beach and had beautiful views of the golf course and the ocean.

The condo was a real disappointment

The condo was in bad shape! Needs new carpeting, furniture, bedding and linens as well as fresh paint throughout . If this is done then I would recommend this unit! Until then, stay away! Location, beach, pools and staff were all great. Especially our property manager, Crystal. She was amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. I would stay here again, just not kn unit 345!!

Very disappointed

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Cinnamon beach condos many times. We were disappointed this time, however. We stayed in unit 345 in building 400. This unit was so outdated. The table legs had duct tape around the bottom, the sofas were worn and frayed with flat pillows that looked dirty. The towels and washcloths were stained and dingy. The bedding was faded, dated, and obviously not changed after each stay. The carpet was filthy and even sticky in places. For what we paid, this is unacceptable. Otherwise, the staff at Cinnamon Beach were helpful and friendly.

Peaceful beachfront condo

Overall, this was a great experience and I would stay again. Pros: - The condo was beautiful, clean and spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/etc. There were plenty of towels. There were even some books and puzzles. A newspaper was delivered every day, which was a nice touch. - The beach was fully visible from the condo and the sunrises were gorgeous. - There are a lot of walking paths nearby and many were shaded by beautiful trees. - The neighborhood was pretty quiet and friendly. There was no loud music or partying. - The condo was very well made - we almost never heard the neighbors above or around us. - The beach is a beautiful cinnamon color. Therefore, the sand was not super white and bright and didn't hurt the eyes. - The entrance to the condos had a gate with a guard. - There was plenty of parking. I never once had to park far away and walk back. Cons: - The beach had a lot of rocks. My daughter thought she could wade in the water if she was careful, but of course a wave knocked her off her balance and she stepped hard on one, scraping her foot. If you walk down the beach to the area near the pools there aren't as many rocks, but there are still some. - The sand is too coarse to make good sandcastles. - Overall, the beach is good only for lounging, sunbathing, and walking/jogging the beach. This is great for adults, but kids might think it's boring. - The pots/pans that originally had the nonstick coating no longer had that coating and stuck horribly. It was so bad we had to boil water in the pans just to help with cleaning them after cooking. Fortunately, there were many pans and we quickly learned which ones to avoid. Unfortunately, often the size we needed was the sticking one, so we couldn't win, lol. - There is a toll bridge to get to the condo. At the time of this writing, it costed $2 to enter the area. As a discount, there was a pass available to buy for $10 that was good for 10 tolls. (There wasn't a toll to exit.) The toll attendants were pretty good at getting everyone through quickly, but even so sometimes there was a bit of a line.
