Welcome to Innovators Home Tulsa Fenced Backyard Pets Welcome!

Welcome to Innovators Home Tulsa located in Regency Park! We hope that you enjoy your stay as we are committed to making this your best one yet! This home has been accommodated to hopefully meet your every need in hopes you choose us again. Have questions? Send us a message through the app! We are happy to answer your every question and meet any need or concern you may have. Located in Tulsa there are infinite places to see an enjoy! Down the street is Union Stadium and Woodland Hills Mall!

The space
There is one camera in the front of the home used strictly for the security of our guests as well as passcode lock on the front door for your safety. Each room has its own lock for your privacy.

*There are absolutely no cameras inside the home as we respect your privacy.*

Each room has its own TV where you are able to watch Netflix, Hulu and other channels please use the “Guest” Account.

-We have a first aid kit available to you if needed.

***You will be sent an access code the day of your booking and the morning of your check-in that will be active for you during your stay, with this code you will be able to freely leave and return just using that code***

We also have an Pack-N-Play!

Additional rules
Minimum age to book is 21 years of age.

We always welcome pets and have a spacious backyard, we just ask that you please be mindful in helping us keep clean by using baggies to dispose of their feces. Failure to dispose of feces from backyard will results in an additional $50 fee.
Dishes to be washed prior to check-out.

Refrigerator to be cleaned out prior to check-out or this will add an additional cleaning fee as we clean the home ourselves.

Check-out is at 10AM.

Should there be smoking or parties proven to have occurred this will result in additional cleaning fees ranging from $500. This does not include the fee for any damages to the home.

Furniture to not be moved or rearranged.

No hair coloring in bathrooms or any area of the home.

Late check-out $25/hour and beginning at scheduled check-out.
If there are additional people staying and this is not communicated prior to check-in, there will be an additional charge of $150/person/night to the card on file.
-Any physical damages to home will result in additional charges.

This was the perfect place for us to stay with our dogsOnly suggestion if you stay here is to bring extra trash bags and dishcloths and soap.The hosts were super easy to work with.

Very nice
We were there for a horse show and brought one dog, 3 adults. Very nice place and great communication with the owners. Only downside is the neighbors dogs. They were quite barky as they are outside most of the time. We were there in the early morning and late evenings so not sure how they are during the day time,

Great spacious house
We really enjoyed our stay. The living room was very spacious as well as the 3 large bedrooms and walk in closets. My husband easily was able to work at the desk in the master bedroom. We had brought our dogs and there was plenty of room for the kennels. We do travel with our dogs frequently, so we prefer a fenced in backyard. There were other dogs behind this property as well as next door, so the dogs do bark but because we also have dogs, they didn't bother us. We come to Tulsa to visit family, and this was a great house to stay in. It was also located fairly near our family which made it even more convenient.

This was such a great stay! Had all the amenities we needed, our dogs loved it, our family enjoyed the stay! The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, etc. We were in town for the World Axe Throwing Championship, and the centralized location made it a breeze to get anywhere we needed! Would absolutely stay again if in Tulsa!

Mayra and Jorge were an extreme pleasure to work with. The home was very well appointed, fenced back yard and wonderful open indoor space. I had a really crazy, fluid situation. They went way out of the way to help me. A super great property and fabulous hosts.

Location of home is good. There are no flat sheets on the beds but instead have coverlets. The base boards and floor corners need a good cleaning.

Golf weekend success

We hope that you enjoy your stay with so many places to go! Located just 2 miles down is the Union Stadium, you also have all the shopping, restaurants and Woodland Hills Mall down 71st street. You will also be ust 15 minutes from the BOK Center in Downtown Tulsa, as well as right in the middle of Hardrock and Riverspirit Casino. Just around the corner is a Quik Trip if you need gas for your vehicle or a late night snack. Tulsa Zoo is also a great place for families just 20 minutes away! Don't forget to enjoy The Gathering Place, such a beautiful place.
