This bright and very tastefully decorated condo is located at Mariner's Pointe in the quaint beach town of Indian Shores. Living area, dining room, breakfast bar and kitchen, all overlooking a wonderful outdoor patio. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the wildlife for a great start to your day. The Master bedroom with a comfy King Sized Bed opens up to the balcony as well. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a Queen Sized Bed plus Twin Sized Bunk beds. The split floor plan offers privacy and is great for a group of friends or a family. This amazing place also feature free WiFi and a full size washer/dryer in the condo.

Perfect space

This property was exactly as described, photos were accurate. The entire process was easy from start to finish, there are clear instructions both in the unit and in the garage. Big, clean spaces, great location for walking to the beach, quiet complex. We would definitely book this unit again.

Mariner 202

Our hosts were very accommodating. Location was great and close to the beach. Unfortunately, they were dredging next door which made any time spent on the balcony very unpleasant - smell and noise-wise.

Cute condo

We loved the condo! Great location, clean property, lots of amenities. We stayed here with another couple and it was perfect for us. They have bikes, kayaks, and beach supplies to use. We had a question and the owner responded quickly. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Pleasant stay

The condo is spacious, clean and equiped with everything you need, just across the road to the beach. We had problems with the checkin, because the electric lock didn‘t work. We reached the rental agency even at midnight and they could solve the problem immediately. The only thing to mention is that cushions on the outdoor sofa should be changed, they‘re very spotty.

Great location.

Our party really enjoyed this property. The main bedroom and en suite bath is even larger than we expected. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the cardinals in the morning. There were only 2 minor issues with our stay. The kitchen desperately needs a deep clean. Most of the pots and pans were put away dirty and there were crumbs in serval cabinets. I had to re-wash serval cups that were in the cabinet before we could use them. There was only one sponge under the sink and it was heavily used and had food stuck to it. The second issue was the upstairs neighbors. They had young children that constantly ran from one end of the condo to the other. It was extremely loud and went on most of the day and evening. I would definitely consider staying at this complex again but only if on the third floor.

Other than getting some unfortunate news of a family member passing that cut our stay short we thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Easy beach access clear condo and beautiful views at Indian Shores and Indian Rocks.

Very nice condo

The condo was just as pictured!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and came right over if when we needed him! The location was great with a very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed riding the bikes at night. Would definitely recommend!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was great, the location was fantastic and everything was well thought out. Having said that, we had agreed for a late checkout at 3pm, which the landlord agreed to. On our last morning they call and said that there will be a new person coming in today, and that we have to be out by 10am, which at the time was 20 minutes left for us. We gave them another call and they agreed to 11pm, which is fine, but still a very uncomfortable feeling and an inhospitable attitude.

Nice condo, nice location.

We had a really nice time in the condo and really thought the best part of the location was early morning kayaking in the inlet at the end of the driveway!! Kayaks provided with life vests were great. The floors were less than pristine, but the house was otherwise very clean and tidy. The kitchen although well outfitted with lots of dishes, pans, pot, etc....could use some updated tools (tongs that actually close, sharpened knives). The beds were comfortable and the towels nice and large. Great to having washing machine and dryer available. The outside balcony was, unfortunately, unusable as the cushions on the chairs were dirty. We recognize the climate is very humid and that makes it hard to keep cushions dry and clean. Overall we would come back here and were happy with the accommodations.

Awesome

Lovely property in a great area. It was very clean and the area felt totally safe. Sits on intracoastal and gulf is across the street. Having the bikes and kayaks was awesome. Once we arrived, we parked the car and biked everywhere. The king bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever. The whole place was nicely equipped and we felt right at home. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

Spacious and Spotless

Our family went to Indian Shores last minute and was fortunate to find this spectacular place. It was clean and offered every amenity we could think of. We loved how easy everything was, from the garage door opener that could be hung around your neck to the extra pods of coffee there for the Keurig. The master bedroom is a suite. We loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

The condo was very spacious and clean. Kitchen included everything needed to cook family meals in the room. The kayaks and bicycles provided by the owner were a really nice bonus! Would highly recommend!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and well stocked. The unit is in a great location, 2 minute walk to the beach access across the street. There was kayak access and small fishing dock on the intercostal waterway located on the property. Bryan, the owner, was very kind and attentive to any questions we had.

Vest, sand toys, chairs, bikes, kayaks, and had extra beach towels!! I think the topper was seeing the dolphins right out back of the condo off the pier! The owner was actually there when we arrived and was very helpful! I took a business card when we left because if we ever return back to Indian shores I’d be excited to stay here again!!
