Amenities include UNCAPPED FIBRE, satellite TV, designated parking,
gym, pool & braai area.

This wonderful studio has access to a communal pool, braai/BBQ and gym.
It has a nice patio where guests can soak up the sunshine, and the
kitchen is fully kitted with everything you need. The internet is
uncapped fibre and works well.
Please note that this property uses electric means to enter the space and is therefore not considered Shabbat friendly.
Please note that there is on-going construction around the building and there may be noise Monday - Friday 08h00-18h00.
Please note that each apartment is allocated a certain parking space. As per Body Corporate Rules, illegally parked vehicles will be clamped and subjected to a release fee of R1 000.
