Karinya: Renovated home close to Nelsons and Blenheim beaches
A recently renovated 4 bedroom home (plus garden studio included if 9 or more guests) close to the beautiful Nelsons and Blenheim beaches in Vincentia. A perfect getaway for two families.
The studio is the ideal retreat for a couple who like their own space. It is included in the tariff if there are 9 or more guests. If you have 8 or less guests and would like to include the studio, please contact us to arrange payment ( per night).
Karinya is tailored to family groups and has a strict no party policy.

- On your doorstep: Nelson's Beach, White Sands coastal bushwalking track to Hyams Beach
- A short walk: Blenheim and Greenfields Beach, Husky to Vincentia bike path, Children's Playground,
Vincentia Boat Ramp, Vincentia Shopping Village

- Guests: Maximum of 10 guests (no more than 8 adults), plus infants in cots

- Bathrooms: 2 in the main house + 1 in studio. Bath, Large modern bathrooms with double sinks
- Heating/cooling: Reverse cycle air conditioning in kitchen/lounge and dining. All bedrooms have a heater and some with ceiling fans
- Access/dangers: Two steps for wheelchairs, High balcony upstairs, Staircase (can be fitted with child safety gate if required)
