There is a large seperate sleep out, that sleeps 5, available at an additional $50,per night per additional person on request.

Sleep out beds include a queen bed , single bed and bunk beds , and still lots of room for everyone to spread out.
Ideal for a second family. Includes its own toilet and vanity. Sleep out is fully insulated and carpeted.Sleepout has it's own TV which is not connected to the aerial but has cables for lap top or USB connection.
No wifi but good cell/internet coverage with sky tower site in site.
The kitchen is well equipped, including microwave, dishwasher,nescafe coffee machine,soda stream and more.

Great books to read , please feel free to swap .Many games in the cupboard too.
There is plenty of off street parking and to park the boat, with a separate water tank to wash down the boat.
A boat ramp is at the end of the road to launch the boat.
