Located 3 minutes from Okanagan Lake in historic Peachland, BC.
This magnificent property is ideally situated for days at the beach, wine tasting, golfing, cycling, hiking, fishing, and dining out. The house is approximately 30 minutes from the Penticton and Kelowna airport.
Build and in our family since 1969; We recently renovated the entire house. The house features three bedrooms, all with queen beds and luxurious bedding. One full bathroom, one-half bathroom. On-site6 laundry. We have a large yard with outdoor dining set as well as lawn chairs. BBQ, Internet & cable 55 “ TV provided in the front room and TV in the master bedroom.

This cute home has been in my family since I was young. The yard backs on to the walking path that takes you to the lake. There are picnic tables and swimming at the beach very close to the house.
Why they chose this property
Walk to the beach, 3 minutes from the house to the beach.
Bike, everywhere. We back on to the walking path.
Lounge in the large private backyard.
Wine touring, close to West Kelowna and just a short drive to the Narmada bench.

This house is on the flats of Peachland, and it has everything you need to enjoy a nice Okanagan vacation. Sun areas, shade areas, beach and lounging. Back yard barbeque.
