The brand new Madeira Bay Resort I #1607 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a private balcony. King size bed in the master, bunk bed in the second bedroom plus a sleeper sofa in the living room. Flat screen TV's in the living room and master. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is NOT pet friendly. One parking pass provided.

Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

This is our fourth year at Madeira Beach. There was a noticeable increase in dogs in the building. Most were well mannered but did have one across the hall whose barking could be heard. But this in no way detracted from the overall experience.

Easy, great stay
What a pleasant surprise to get a call at 11;30 am telling us our room was ready. It was an easy check in, no lines at 3:00. We had to make a few calls with Wi-Fi and internet but we had immediate response. Perfect location. Our suite was on the harbor side and the view, activities and dolphins siting was spectacular. Easy walk to the beach and Johns Pass. We will go again?

Such a wonderful location , where else can you sit on your balcony and watch dolphins and manatees pass by in the marina below ! Easy walk to the various shops on John's pass , the beach is literally 4 mins walk and great parking and an excellent standard of room . Thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Awesome near the beach - great view!
Overall, can't beat this location. View of the bay is great and just walk across to the beach! The second room is really small and hard for 2 teenagers to stay in. The kitchen is very poorly stocked, the silverware and place settings I think were from some kids store and no frying pans. Easy to park and easy to check in. We would stay here again for the location alone.

Great location, very walkable to restaurants and coffee shops, really good unit - elevator broke and there were no signs and wasn’t fixed in at least one day and we had to carry luggage down 6 flights of stairs

Madeira Bay Resort
The check in process was a breeze. Upon entering the condo we noticed 1 chair for the table was missing and there were black scuff marks on the wall. There were also candy wrappers in the drawer under the bunk beds. This was not a big deal, so we did not contact the ower/manager. The location was wonderful. It was less than a 5 min walk to John's Pass. The pool was nice. Suggestions include adding more towels and washcloths, as we had to do laundry daily with only 6 washcloths; add some plastic cups as these are best for families with young kids; add some pictures to the walls to make it not so white washed out. Everything in the condo was white even the counter tops, sheets, and blankets. Some color would make it feel more like home. The red tide limited our ability to enjoy the beach but the view of the bay was wonderful. Due to the rain we had to stay inside several days and the condo was perfect size for our family of 5 to enjoy without feeling cramped and on top of each other. I would stay here again.

The sofa sleeper was broken, Maintenance couldn’t fix it. It was nice having the washer & dryer in the unit, but they didn’t work very well, posting usage instructions would have helped. Overall, nice unit & great location, we would stay again.

Excellent room, clean and moisture control was excellent. The only suggestion I would have is the pool area needs significantly improved/expanded and possibly implement a shower off from the beach area at this resort rather than the sister resort where the pool is located.

The condo was just as listed. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful balcony view of bay/ marina. Short walk across the street to the beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass which includes great shopping and yummy restaurants! Will definitely visit Madeira Beach again!!

Needs some touch up but would recommend!
The views of the marina from the balcony are amazing and the condo was a good size, fitting our family of adults and older teen nicely. We did not use the kitchen but it looked to be well stocked. The bunkbeds were a bit wobbly but we used the sofa and bottom bunk instead. The walk to Madeira Beach shops is just steps away. One tip: Make sure you know what building you are staying in before you bring up your luggage. We didn't realize there are two. ;) Never found the trash receptacle even after calling the office. All in all, would return and would recommend.

Condo very cheap feeling
The inside of the condo was clean. It was just very plain. The pool was in very bad repair plus there were a lot of bugs that bit us. The kitchen stock of cooking pans and supplies was very poor. They could do a lot of little things in the condo to make it more inviting, like put up a couple of paintings... It wasn't cheap to stay here and I would expect more for the price.

Great location; new property; responsive managers
This was a great location - walking distance to all kinds of things and right across Gulf Blvd. from the access to the beach. Easy process and clean, brand new unit. Had one problem with a closet door that the manager responded immediately and was fixed by 10 am on Monday after being reported over the weekend. Would stay again.

Beautiful condo. Great location.
Check in was a breeze. We loved the location overlooking the boats in the inlet. The balcony was definitely enjoyed. A quick walk across Gulf Blvd to the pristine, peaceful, white powder sand beach. The unit was in brand new condition. Beds were comfortable. Furniture was very nice. It was a perfect stay! Pool was clean and very warm. Quick walking distance to shops and restaurants. We would love to return! Thank you!!
