Paradise Villas #2 is a cheerfully decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 baths, a two-story condo that comfortably sleeps 8. The Villa is part of a beautifully kept complex with 23 villas, large open terraces overlooking the water, private palapas on the beach, and on-site security. Paradise Villas is on Playa Encanto, a pristine beach with smooth sand and no rocks or coral to interfere with your enjoyment of the beach. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bath with walk-in shower, fireplace, and private balcony overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has two queen-sized beds, a private balcony overlooking the estuary, and an upstairs hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is beautifully tiled and fully equipped with gas stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster. The living room has a sleeper sofa, satellite tv, and wifi. Sheets and one set of bath towels per person are provided. Owner requests no smoking and no pets. patio seating and charcoal grill are included. Other amenities include central heat and air conditioning and swimming pool. The private beach allows for terrace/patio fire pits or beach fires. So much else to enjoy all day long: sunrises, beachcombing, sunsets, star-filled skies with no city lights, dolphins, pelicans, seagulls, sand dollars, crabs, and much more! 3-night minimum all Holidays. (Specific Holidays we request 4 minimum nights stay).

Beautiful Rocky Point trip

Lovely get away

We prefer rentals that have key boxes, Oceana rentals require an extra 40 min of driving into town to pick up a key and the same to return. We needed more than a thin coverlet for the 3 beds since it was November. The kitchen had one towel and a used sponge, but no paper towels ...the agency was very responsive and sent one blanket a sponge, and towels the next day. The lights were out under the stove and counter, the upstairs shower handles would not move. The handyman came promptly and promised to fix them the following day but never returned. I have to say that the shower pressure on the functioning shower was excellent. The cleaning ladies were very professional and quite helpful. We love these villas. Quiet, lovely views, and just steps from a beautiful beach. We stay here a couple of times a year.

Wonderful!!!

We are long time renters of Paradise Villas but have never stayed in this particular villa. The moment we walked in, we noticed how clean it was, how cool it was and have beautifully decoraded it was. There was plenty of towels and pillows and the master bed was so comfy. Will definitely rent this place again!!

Beach Condo

Great place to stay a bit far from down town but that's OK had the beach to ourselves. One thing i did not like was them leaving instructions for us to throw out trash and do the dishes. We go on vacation so we don't have to do that. But if that's the only beef this is a great place

Perfect location, but DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

The location is great, units are ok with a backyard size pool, no lounge chairs so take your own. This unit smells like second hand store: terrible mattresses, tarnished sheets and blankets, old ripped towels, old dirty couches full or old/dry sunscreen, chipped dishes, just terrible. Only 1 old TV in the place. Dirty shower walls and floors. We made the best out of it, but not satisfied with the value/quality for the price. We have stayed in way nicer places with way more amenities for the same price in this town. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place overall is beautiful and has a great location. However this unit was quite dirty and the kitchen was poorly stocked with very old and unwashed dishes/pots and pans. There weren't even any paper towels. I knew folks in the other units and they gave rave reviews.

Super clean and well maintained. We loved all the art on the walls and amenities provided. Plenty of room for all of us to enjoy and not feel cramped. The beach was full of seashells and a bit of seaweed in the ocean. We had huge waves the first day from a hurricane, but the remaining days were calm and relaxing. I most definitely will book this condo again!The only thing that we needed was a broom to clean the floors of the sand. We also needed dishwasher soap but managed with liquid soap in the sink and all was fine!Thank you so much!! We are coming back as soon as we can!

Reviewer Comments: Paradise Villa #2 was clean and well furnished. we had a problem with the AC when we arrived but Anthony in the Oceano office was quick to call the repair company and they had it fixed in a couple hours. The grounds of the complex was very clean and security kept it feeling safe. the only issue was, that the oven didn't work. I brought food to cook for the weekend and was unable to cook it due to the oven being dismantled. no knob and no thermostat. other wise the property had all the other amenities promised. get the oven fixed and I would recommend again.

The decor is authentic and beautiful! The common areas are kept clean and neat! The view from the bedroom is priceless! You get 3 bathrooms and the water pressure is great! You have everything you need but being food and condiments because it's a druve to get to a store! Beautiful and peaceful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was exactly as described. The house is decorated beautifully and the grounds is well maintained and beautiful. My family and I were comfortable and we enjoyed every minute. There was one night there was no water in all the villas but we were able to find the grounds custodian and he explained to us they were fixing the issue and the water would return shortly. He was right, the water turned back on after a few hours but honestly no one was bothered by it because we were all outside on the beach or in the pool having fun.
