~We have security camera outside the front and back door. This will be on during your stay. The sole purpose is to protect you and property, There is absolutely no camera inside.

~Supplies provided are limited. For stays longer than 14 days where supplies may run out, you will need to replenish the supplies for your stay.

~ No party/No Smoking /No drug/No marijuana/No pets allowed in this property!!!

~please close the front and back door whenever you step into the house to keep the house insulated from animals, heat, cold, ,,,,

~We want to be respectful of everyone's sleeping schedule. We ask to be considerate of noise between 10:00 PM-7 AM. Please turn down music and reduce noise levels between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Monday to Saturday and 10 PM. to 9 AM. on Sundays and holidays, If you check in after 10:00 PM, please DON'T slam your car doors (close your car door carefully and quietly :-),

Just ok

The house was fine. there wasn’t sufficient cooking things one pot that was completely burnt I had to scrub no lid for it the toilet doesn’t flush correctly. In the backyard is a total mess will just take a little bit of cleaning up.. The bathroom fan does not work and sounds like it’s gonna blow up.
