This is not your cookie cutter type of place! Surrounded by beautiful perennial gardens, this 1 bedroom + loft country cottage has been newly renovated throughout while totally maintaining it's original warmth and charm. It's ready for you to cozy into while you explore the Okanagan or have a unique little stay-cation. Decorated with lots of local art and furnished with a quaint yet livable feel, the cottage is situated on 1 acre and is bordered by BX Creek and surrounded by old growth pine trees. This was once part of the hundreds of acres owned by the historic BX Ranch settlement. You'll have use of a private side yard bordered by gardens where you can relax with a glass of wine or enjoy your morning coffee. And bonus: there's a washer and dryer for your convenience! We cater to short-term vacationers and travelers and do not host pets at this time. The cottage is best suited for adults and children 12+ :)

The best of both worlds! Relax in the privacy of this country oasis with the sound of the rushing creek, and lots of resident North American birds. Then hop in the car and embark on all of the sight-seeing adventures you please with easy access to everything nearby. It's only 1 km to the nearest gas station and convenience store and 1.4 km to the nearest grocery and liquor stores.

-Just over 1 km to the BX Press cidery and orchard and a stone's throw (500m) to the north entrance of the BX Ranch Trail- a beautiful hike meandering through old growth forest and along BX Creek.

-11 minutes to Kal Beach. Known as the lake of many colours, Kalamalka Lake made National Geographic's 10 Most Beautiful Lakes in the World!

-22 minutes to World-class skiing at Silver Star Mountain Resort. You are just over 1 km away from Silver Star Road which is your route up the mountain.

-The cottage has a master bedroom (queen), sofa bed (queen), located in the living room.

The base cottage rate is for 2 guests and there is a fee of $20 per night for additional guests.

We are happy to accommodate different check-in and check-out times if our schedule permits. Please feel free to submit your request(s) beforehand.
