A Property with Good Possibilities that Requires a Some Improvements.
The property is in a nice residential area with lots of space, old but comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, good kitchen appliances, and two nice bathrooms .
The problems were-
(1)The listing included a picture of a
large screen TV. but did not disclose
that it would only function by
Streaming(no cable or local
programing was available).No
Streaming equipment or Streaming
information was provided. Since the
Host made no effort to fix the
problem we spent approximately
$100 to have TV..
(2)The kitchen was not properly
cleaned (Toaster, microwave, and
refrigerator)We cleaned on arrival.
(3)All the floors in the property had
a stick substance on them. The
Host said this was because of the
cleaning materials used by the
cleaners. We washed some of the
floors on arrival.
(4) The frying pan was so badly
damaged that we could not use it.
We purchased a new one for our
use.
(5)There were NO hand, face, or
dish towels provided. .Host
brought us a roll of paper towel.
As this was not satisfactory we
purchased our own.
These problems were brought to
the attention of the Host at the
time of our arrival, but other than
the paper towel were not addressed.
