This is a bright and sunny studio apartment. A short streetcar ride to downtown and steps away from 1 zillion attractions, coffee shops, restaurants, museums, and clubs. Great for business, vacation, thunder games, events, or a weekend on the town. Luxurious and furnished. Hardwood floors. Modern amenities in a Cozy historical building.
Contactless check-in! Eliminates the hassle of picking up a key. Keys can be duplicated. The unique code is provided to you only and erased after every stay.
I will be there only when you need me as we understand that guests value privacy and safety.
I am here 24/7 to make your stay the most comfortable. You can count on me to be there for you. Look at my response rate of 100% under my profile.
ONE mile away from Downtown, Restaurants, Major hospitals, and museums. Streetcar transportation is available. Access nearby.
Other things to note
Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. Ample parking is available. Coin-op laundry in the basement. We have two high-performance bikes available for you to use, located by the rear entrance of the building. A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.
Please check out the wall art in the back of the building. Share your selfies for our collection with the mural.
We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation.
Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior request before the check-in date.

-Our property should never be used for commercial purposes without advance permission.
