Fantastic accomodation!

This house was spotless, had everything needed for a great stay with the family. The house is in an older suburb, and was so peaceful and quiet. Close to everything. The host had little notes on cupboards and doors, so there was no guessing where to find something or what key opened what! Great communication from host. Would stay again and reccomend, the house is beautiful!

Upon arrival at our accommodation, we observed that the grounds were unkempt. The kitchen and lounge areas were satisfactory, but the rooms were dated and lacked sufficient electrical outlets. The windows were permanently closed, contributing to a claustrophobic atmosphere, exacerbated by the old carpets and paintwork. The shower door was difficult to slide open, and the bathroom was so compact that only one person could use the sink and mirror at a time. Additionally, the toilet area had no ventilation or windows to open. Overall, the grounds could greatly benefit from a thorough clean-up.

A great stay

We had a great stay here. The house was in a quiet location, it was clean and comfortable. Good shower, good beds and has everything you need. The host was friendly and informative. Would definitely stay again!

We had everything we needed and even movies on the tv. Easy to get to shops in walking distance. Place was clean and tidy. Plenty of parking too. Had a great stay. Thanks.

Suburban getaway.

Overall this property was more than adequate for our needs while in Perth. Its location in the suburbs meant that everything was accessible with a short drive. It was clean and tidy when arrived and although not a modern property it was entirely suitable. The renovated kitchen lacked nothing. It would have been nice to have some usable outdoor space with a bbq and somewhere nice to sit outside.

Great Location and Roomy

Lynwood is a great location for the south east side of the river. Plenty of choice for shopping centres, servos, parks and visiting the hills. The property is very roomy, bright and airy. The gardens have been left to die, which is a pity. Overall, we would use as a base again.

Lovely House in central area.

Lovely well equipped house. Big TV with plenty of online selection . We even had some lovely coffee mix satchets. If you wanted to cook there was everything available in a big kitchen with plenty of storage space. Loved our peaceful stay.

Nice place to stay

I stayed at this accommodation for 16 nights. Bagiya was very easy to communicate with and very lovely. The home was very clean upon arrival and well equiped. There were a few items staple items missing such as tongs and a potato peeler, glad wrap etc, however Bagiya advised me these items are normally at the house and they had not been checked before our arrival. The beds are very comfortable and lots of linen, towels and extra pillows and blankets etc are provided if required. Unfortunately one of the couches has firm lumps when you sit on it and not very comfortable, however the second couch was fine. There is free WIFI at the property. The property is walking distance to the local shop which has a SUPA IGA, pharmacy, bottle shop and new agency, so everything you need. It’s right across the road from a park which is handy for kids. We felt safe in the home and didn’t have any trouble in the area. Thanks Bagiya.

Ill be booking again!

I had to modify the dates that I had booked before I arrived & the host updated this all for me with no issue. Check in was easy! The house was lovely & we couldn’t have asked for a better location. A great back yard for my children with an oval over the road as well. Grocery store, pharmacy, cafe & bottle shop in walking distance. I was worried about being cold during winter but it didn't end up being an issue at all, with a split system on both ends of the house. I loved the kitchen & that their was coffee, sugar & even the coffee sachets for a variety of coffees. I’m sure ill be booking this place again in future.
