LOCATION: Motorworks by Roami is ideally situated to let you enjoy New Orleans with ease. It's just a 15 minute walk from the French Quarter and 5 minutes away from the National WWII Museum.

The Space:
The property is just a 5 minute drive from the Central Business District. Experience the ultimate getaway in this recently renovated historic apartment, featuring 20' ceilings that flood the space with natural light and provide all the modern conveniences of home. Additionally, the space is lovingly maintained with original wood floors and fully restored windows, creating a breathtaking atmosphere throughout the entire building.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

ROOM ASSIGNMENT: We furnish all of our properties to a uniform standard, but individual units may differ slightly from the pictures shown. Exact unit is assigned at check-in. Views and square footage may vary slightly.

BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 4 guests in 2 beds and 1 sleeper sofa. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:
- Bedroom 1: 1 King (Sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: 1 King (Sleeps 2)
- Common Area: 1 Sleeper Sofa. Additional beds cannot be provided.

BATHROOMS: Both bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash), plush towels and washcloths, and a hair dryer.

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (200-piece culinary set) and has a full line of new appliances (blender and drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 4, along with all the necessary dinnerware, there are also barstools in the kitchen bar.

AMENITIES: Guests of the Motorworks building can enjoy exclusive access to the building's rooftop, which includes sun loungers, a summer kitchen, and outdoor dining. In addition, the building also features a gym where guests can engage in cardio workouts.

PARKING: You can park in the Brandywine garage across the street for $40 + tax per night. Metered parking is available along Howard Ave. on a first come, first served basis for $3 per hour. Metered parking is available from 8am -7pm from Monday through Saturday and is free on Sundays.

WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer, 1 pack-n-play crib, free WiFi (Up to a max 75 Mbps) and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. Stair gates provided upon availability.

AREA: The approximately unit size is 1000 square feet.

This is a pet-friendly property; first pet: 150.00 USD plus tax, second pet: Additional 250.00 USD plus tax. A total of 400.00 USD plus tax is to be collected if you will bring 2 pets regardless of size or breed.

Very nice to have two bathrooms. Well located-Close to trolley line, grocery, restaurants. Very nice ambiance. Couple things could be fixed (front room shade) but didn’t matter.

Could have been better

For starters, this listing came up as having parking. Since we were driving this was an important factor. Parking is in a parking garage about 6 blocks away for an additional fee of 20 per day. The property is managed by a group. Check in is easy and web based. Access is electronic. The building is a renovated building in the museum district. Convenient to the trolley and close to the WWII museum. The bedrooms were very cramped. No place to spread out or unpack bags at all. The unit was dirty everywhere. The drain in the bathtub / shower was really slow and backed up if used. Towels were dirty. Floors left socks black when walked on. Walls were beat up and some doors didn’t close. The blinds are non functional so the bright lights and highway right outside the large window are difficult to screen. There is a number to text a guy named Lance but nobody answered us. I was generally disappointed in this listing. It didn’t ruin our trip because we make the best of things but it certainly didn’t enhance anything. I would NOT recommend this listing or the management company (Roami) based on this booking

Great location outside the quarter

If you want something that is outside the hustle & bustle of The Quarter this might be the place for you. Located just a 3 minute ride or 15 minute walk to Canal St, 2 minutes to the WWII museum and hundreds of incredible, off the beaten path, restaurants and bars; real local places. People who said it was loud are likely not city acclimated. If you are on the backside, we were, the highway is a block away and can be a little loud at times. The front was very quiet. Noise between units was not an issue. I would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable rooms

Very easy to get back and forth to Bourbon street, cool places to eat walking from the apartment, very clean and comfortable with two big rooms and two big showers and a very sweet kitchen + living room. We had a last minute change by the managers but they solved it quickly and the change turned out to be even better than expected. Definitely would come back!

I can't wait to go back!

Super clean and conveniently located. I did not need to rent a car because everything I needed to easily accessible by trolley car. Supermarket two blocks a way; convenience store at end of the block. Parking a block away; $5 for 10 hours and $14 for 24 hours. Free Street parking 7P to 8AM. I can't wait to go back! Also, you can see the Superdome from rooftop terrace

The price was extremely reasonable!

We stayed at one of their other properties for a week and liked it so much we decided to stay at another one for another week. It was conveniently located between the French Quarter and Garden District so we could just walk/take streetcar to get to both locations. It was very large and spacious, with great Wifi (as we were both working), safe, and had all the amenities you would need (such as coffee, full working kitchen, soaps, and shampoos). And the price was extremely reasonable!
