The property is located within a 5-minute walk to the beach, where my family enjoyed the early morning and late afternoon swims and snorkelling. Quality cooking appliances are provided.BBQ and outdoor setting are perfect for a perfect dining in where we didn't feel like going out.Bedrooms are fully furnished with linens and towels.

Narooma getaway
A really nice house that was clean, well presented and equiped, with great beach and ocean views. The location is fantastic with beaches just a few hundred meters away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back in a heartbeat. Strongly recommend.

Ideal family getaway

Perfect family getaway
We stayed at Sunnyside for 2 weeks and loved it. The place had everything you could need for a family of 4. Perfect location. Short walk to Carters beach and then a short drive to Dalmeny which is patrolled. Close to shops and cafes in Narooma.

Water-skiing is one of our favourite activities to do when we are staying here.

Why they chose this property

Your hosts have turned this home from a fixed term rental to a holiday home. This home has been renovated to make your stay as comfortable as can be. Renovations included new kitchen; new lights fittings; new vanity, shower screen and tap fittings in bathroom; new floorings in main bedroom, bedroom 2, kitchen and stairs; fresh interior and exterior paint; new deck for outdoor entertainment with its new BBQ and outdoor furniture. All furniture - lounge, dining table and chairs, coffee tables, beds, mattresses, bedside tables - are brand new. New air conditioning unit installed on the main floor whilst downstairs have two panel heaters to provide warmth during winter. In the laundry, new washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. For your indoor entertainment, TV & Foxtel (upstairs) and TV & DVD Player (downstairs) are provided. Small selection of DVD movies for kids are provided. Some books and games are available for use.
