The Space:
This resort like building includes reception, level access to the heated swimming pool and BBQ beside the harbour, private jetty, communal entertaining area plus on site undercover parking. The apartment is just 7 minutes to the city by Ferry which is right outside the door and a 500m stroll to Blues Point Road dining and 1km to North Sydney station and CBD.

The space consist of 2 bedrooms, generous Lounge area, fully functional kitchen, Bathroom plus Parking.

Bathroom includes floor to ceiling tiles, shower over bath and good storage

Exclusive use of pool and BBQ and outdoor dining facilities

"Please note that a lift replacement project will begin on June 3rd, 2024. Currently, only one lift is operational, and the project is expected to be completed by mid-May 2025." You will be hearing noise from time to time.

Unit 32 is on the 7th floor.

Note: POOL AREA CLOSURE FROM MONDAY 28 APRIL 2025
FCS Concrete Repairs Ply Ltd will be performing pool resurfacing rectification work from Monday 28 April 2025. Accord ingly, the pool area (i.e.pool, tables, chairs and BBQs) will be closed from this date. The duration is not yet known because it is dependent upon the extent of work required and the weather .

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience.

The Neighborhood:
McMahons Point short walk to North Sydney business district and train station. 50m to McMahons Point ferry and nearby cafes and restaurants on Blues Point Road.

Getting Around:
Free parking outside property and in adjacent parking building.

Other Things to Note:
Washer and Dryer are in the building not inside the apartment. Washing machine & Dryer are coin operated.

All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.

There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.

*Please note that there is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.

Please note: Vaping within the unit is strictly prohibited. Please be aware that fire detectors will be triggered by the use of vapes. Any associated call-out fees for fire alarm activation will be billed to you.

We give guests full privacy but are most welcome to reach out as needed. Simply send a message via the platform you booked. We are also just a phone call away.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. 2 words - VIEWS and LOCATION. Wow, the view of the harbour, bridge, Opera House, Luna Park- sometimes I didn’t want to leave the apartment!The location was brilliant. Just a 30 second walk to the Pt McMahon Point ferry stop. Ferry is frequent and punctual. Make sure you get the Opal App - it’s a life saver!Didn’t use pool, looked great though. Apartment was clean and tidy, coffee etc provided (the little local rainbow lorikeets knew exactly where to knick the sugar sachets from when we left the kitchen window open - adorable!). Shampoo, conditioner, body wash,etc provided. Shared laundry close to apartment, detergent provided. Well appointed kitchen for basic meals. Dishwasher with detergent provided.Only thing I would add is there is no aircon. Fans are very slow, so we left windows open for harbour breeze. This meant rooms were light in the morning. Also, the shower was not our friend!Fantastic, quiet location but a long was from supermarkets etc. We just organised a Coles delivery, easy as anything. But back to the 2 key words - VIEWS and LOCATION!!!Overall, we LOVED our stay here. We are hoping to return and highly recommend to others!

Spectacular!!!
My children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully positioned apartment. I left the blinds in the lounge open day and night as the view is so stunning. It was nice to have outings in the city using the ferry system but them retreat back to this comfortable and quiet location. The beds were comfortable and everything we reasonably well equipped. I didn't do any cooking but the kitchen has the basics for a quick easy meal. Would definitely stay again.

Not clean or warm enough
Needs dusting, cleaning, new sofa and carpet and generally updating…all very tired. I've been staying at Harbourside for decades now and first time I’ve complained. Being CLEAN is essential.

Absolutely loved this property. The view was amazing, parking was good, access was easy once we arrived and sorted the keys out. The unit itself was fabulous, my only suggestion would be heating as e were there in winter. The only heating available was a small blow heater ad I didn't find that until the second night. The first night I turned the oven on and left the door open to heat the unit lol and my only other suggestion but this would cost some money, but if they were looking to upgrade the bathroom, a walk in shower would be nice as opposed to the shower over the bath scenario that is there now, but seriously, it was great as it was for us and you cant beat the location !! We will be back !!

The location was amazing!! Ferry was at the front door. The view was unbelievable. Perfect accommodation for our family holiday. Easy check in. Clean and comfortable. Locals were very friendly. We loved it.

Beautiful location
The location was wonderful and the property was spacious. The view is absolutely breathtaking! The only thing, I’d love to have seen more kitchen utensils and general cleaning items (a broom and dustpan and brush particularly with a 3yr old in tow!). It was really lucky we were locals so we could go home to get what we needed. Everything else was great!
