Great place to stay

Overall, our stay was excellent. Every thing in the house worked like they should. The outside temps were in the upper 90's-104, but the A/C system worked flawlessly. The cleaning staff had the place spotlessly clean.

Great house in Moab with plenty of parking

The house was great for us. The kitchen has everything you can think of to prepare great meals. There was enough parking for 2 trailers, 2 trucks and 2 jeeps. The covered patio was a great place to relax in the evening and talk about the days adventure. There was unlimited hot water and you could have both showers running at once. The beds were super comfortable and plenty of extra pillows and blankets if you needed them. The washer and dryer were used daily and kept us in clean clothes all week. The community pool and hot tub was a great place to cool off and relax and made the trip so much more enjoyable. The community was quiet when we were there and plenty of others on vacation from what I could tell.

Perfect for families

We loved everything about the house. It was perfect for family and friends. Lovely location, and the hot tub and pool were so clean. Decor is fun and colorful. Love the very spacious kitchen. Extremely nice to have a garage to park in.

Wonderful spring break destination

The home was just what we needed for our two families to have as a base for our spring break adventures. It was clean, well kept, and had plenty of sleeping options for our two families with kids. The foosball and air hockey in the garage were a big hit and we were so thankful for a kitchen to be able to cook our meals. Great location near all the Moab sites and a nice neighborhood. We enjoyed it!

Pool and Hot Tub are always broken down!

I have rented 7 different times in this subdivision or HOA and only 1 trip did the pool and hot tub work! It's very frustrating when kids really look forward to it. I would not rent in this area if you really want to sit in a hot tub after a long day or if you have kids that really want to swim. Also note, there is only 1 tv here. So, if you want to watch the news in your room while the kids are watching cartoons in the front room, that won't happen!

Oh we loved it!

10 people on a roadtrip from Cali to Moab and this was our longest stay on the journey. It was time to take it easy, recharge in 4 days and carry on to next adventure. We arrived little earlier than check in time but Owner was kind enough to let us in and made sure house was warm when we arrive (it was 32 outside) Kids loved the place and bunk beds while adults enjoyed the fireplace and then for next 4 days this was our home away from home!! It was tastefully decorated & all things required were in place! Enough towels, enough beddings and enough space for all :) We highly recommend this place!!

For the most part, we were satisfied with this home. We were not happy that you said it had a "pool table" and it did not. That was a BIG draw for us. Please revise to say that it does have a foosball table and an air hockey table. Prospective renters should also know that it is very close to Hwy. 191 south of Moab, so the traffic noise is noticeable.

Easy Vacation

Location was an easy on-off main strip to and from national parks. Nice to come back to a cool home in the evenings to escape the heat. The kids enjoyed the pool and foosball table. Great big table for game nights. All in all it was a win!

Good place to stay

Hello, Evolve did great in making sure we had all the instructions for the property with plenty of time before arriving. But it appears that the house was only wiped down and not completely cleaned before arriving, it was very dusty! the bed sheets looked clean but did not smelled fresh. This is a good place to stay because it was quiet, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals and very accessible to town, activities, parks/landmarks but it would be a great place to stay if it was very clean not just wiped down.

Post-Covid Family Reunion

The house fit the bill for for a reunion of 12 family members. At the house we had 2 families of 5- mine and my brother's - and we were comfortable. The beds were comfy (the sofa bed okay... but we made the 20-something couple sleep there). Our parents did not stay with us but enjoyed a quiet stay at a hotel in town. The kids were grateful when the pool opened (it was closed on the day of arrival) and enjoyed rafting, the paleo museum, and shopping in town. I understand it has been hard to find good help, and the house was rather dusty... made us feel right at home. Lol Lots of games (some missing pieces) and ample household goods (pots, pans, cups, etc.). Loved having 3 bathrooms with 10 people! Fridge froze the eggs so don't put those on the top shelf. Sounds like I am complaining but just telling you no place is perfect and this one was really good. Nice views and cute decor. Would definitely recommend for a lowkey family vacation!

Nice property and stay

Overall, we had a great experience. The property was clean and well stocked. We received our arrival instructions in plenty of time and finding the place was easy. The neighborhood is quiet and we had no disturbances. I was under the impression that the pool and hot tub were going to be in our backyard rather than a community type situation, but I'm sure I just didn't read the description carefully. Things that were important to us that hardly ever get reviewed: we could use both showers at the same time with great water pressure in each and there was enough warm water for our entire family of 5 to have a hot shower at the end of the day and washing machine and dryer are new and really nice (therefore worked well). The townhouse is not fancy/upscale but is well kept and nice. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Not worth the price.....poor maintenance and amenities.

First, I would like to say that the house itself and location is nice - no complaints. The maintenance and amenities are lacking and poor making the stay inconvenient and disappointing. We had to buy a can opener as the one they had broke within one turn, there were no potholders, the dishes, cutlery and cups/glassware were not clean. The pots and pans, as well as cutting boards, are disgusting. The pans were black. It is no surprise though because there are no cleaners in the house to clean with...not even Windex. No cleaners to clean counter, no cleaners to clean oven or stovetop. Cooking utensils were melted. When we gave up on the house and wanted to sit out on the patio...well, no patio light as it was broken (we replaced the bulb and still no light). The ceiling paint was coming off due to rain/water damage. The bathroom sink had a leak and we needed to call for repair. For the price.....I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone....stay somewhere else!

Loved our time in Moab

What a great location — so close to two national parks and a state park. It was so nice to be a bit outside the business of Moab. This property was clean, quiet and comfortable. Would definitely book again!!
