The place is great. The location makes it. Unit was a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The shower leaves alot to be desired, could not get the shower on fully and the water temp was difficult to get right, but overall the place was great. fireplace with free firewood was a nice touch after a long day skiing.

Be summer
The condition of the unit was terrible. Exposed electrical near floor furnace. Makeshift shower
No circulating air
Refridgerator was inadequate and was a replacement for the old inoperable refrigerator Fortunately the management company moved us to a much better unit

Excellent location
Mattress needs to be changed out
Communication to check in early was a run around contact host via vrbo they would direct you to front desk then front desk told you to contact host
The location and view of this property was amazing. Ski lockers a short walk from the room and right out the door is Beaver Run Lift. Would definitely stay here again!
A excellent place for someone who wants a private place with their partner. There is a couch bed for two more people, but not much privacy. The in house cooking is somewhat limited as there is no oven and only two burners for the a stove. There are two refrigerators. One didn't seem to work. Both are small.
There is a view of the mountain . It is walk out to the slopes and you store your skis in lockers in the basement.
The unit is pretty much as advertised but a bit smaller than I envisioned. I was by myself on as part of a business trip so it didnt matter but a family of 4 would be really crunched in here. Great for couples. In need a a few repairs. The heat register has wires hanging out. Not to comforting. But otherwise clean an well kept. The location cant be beat. Literally 100 steps from the chair lift. They have shuttles that can take you into town but they only had one running so you waited forever. The other shuttles were parked and covered with snow. They handnt been used in a long time. Overall, I would rent there again.
The condo was great and we would stay here again. Loved that it was ski in/out, had a ski locker, and all the conveniences of being at the resort. It is dated and could use some upgrades like a new shower, very little pressure and getting the temperature right was tricky. Matainence and the office were great when we had issues with our fridge.
Property was as advertised. The cleanliness was quite lacking, there were items from previous residents like parts of an outfit for example, and the mirrors were not clean, there was heavy dust(like several months worth) in several areas where it’s not “easy” to clean, and several bathroom lights did not work. The provided fan and humidifier were a wonderful and necessary touch. The bed was extremely comfortable. The wood for the fireplace is supplied for you, which is GREAT!
We couldn’t have booked a better property. This apartment is centrally located to everything - Main Street and all lifts. I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Breck and we will definitely be returning.
Nice accommodations with a beautiful view. The only improvement I would suggest is black out curtains in the living room, because kids were woken up fairly early by the light.

Great location, terrible host
The property is dated but we expected that. I’m sure in the 70s it was the hot spot but little has been done to keep the resort updated. Being skiers we were able to overlook this due to the low price and location - the ski in/ski out was fantastic and the locker room right off the slopes was great. What wasn’t great was the shower curtain ripped and hanging precariously from the ceiling above the oddly designed shower/whirlpool garden tub. I contacted the resort to have it fixed and they referred me to the host who, after numerous contacts via phone and email, never showed to fix the curtain. I ended up temporarily addressing the problem but it was very inconvenient and left a bad taste in my mouth. The listing also didn’t mention that we would be charged an extra $20 per night for parking, only that a parking space was guaranteed. Finally, the hot tubs were always full with people and we were never able to get access to one - not that we really wanted to with all the people getting drunk. I would probably come back to a different unit with a different management company with my friends, but certainly not with my family.

This room was terrible
The shower curtain was 1/2 torn, could hardly shower. No coffee?!! Really? A coffee maker & no coffee??!!
Bathroom door only locked 1/2 the time!
The two fridges were confusing! The beds were terrible! Only a twin sheet for a queen rollaway! Not enough pillows.
The room was great. We had a nice view of the mountain. The locker area was convenient to store our skis so we could get on and off the mountain with ease.
The room was huge and very clean. It's right on the mountain with easy access to the lifts. It's also in walking distance to a lot of the shops. My husband and I had a GREAT time, we'd definitely stay their again!

Fabulous location! Very easy to go from the hill, the ski locker, then to your room. A great ski-in/out. This place also has great amenities, several pools and hot tubs. Also, a special thanks for the quickly replacing the refrigerator!
Overall I enjoyed the property. It was evident that it was well used but still was very clean and well appointed. The weather was very nice out so it stayed a bit warm in the condo in the evening. I wasn't sure how to cool things down in the bedroom other than to open the porch door in the living area.
Very nice overall.
