Surrounded by pine-woods and Mediterranean maquis, abounding in lonely bays and creeks hiding soft beaches it is the ideal spot for sunbathing, swimming,fishing,sailing, windsurfing ,diving ,trekking, horse riding or just walking in the paths of the park.

Urlaub in Maristella bei Rita
Unser Aufenthalt war super schön, die Ferienwohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Rita, die Vermieterin ist sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde alles sehr gut erklärt, alle erforderlichen Informationen für die Urlaubs Gestaltung sind vor Ort in der Ferienwohnung vorhanden. In der Nähe gibt es schöne Strände und jeden Menge Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons passé une agréable semaine au mois de Septembre dans la maison de Rita. Elle nous a reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous avons apprécié qu'elle parle français. Le lit de la chambre à coucher est Queen Size (160 cm). La maison est très bien située pour visiter Alghero et la région de Porto Conte (plages, randonnées, divers musées, excursions en bateau à la grotte de Neptune depuis Alghero, repas en agriturismo ...).

Relaxed holiday on Sardinia
In total two weeks we stayed on Sardinia and enjoy the time very much. It was very hot, but due to the aircondition in the sleeping room and a fan it wasn't a problem. In fact of the "two" sides of the house we could open the windows in the morning and the evening to effect an air flow. In nearly five minutes you reach the bathing bay in the near. On weekend it is really crowdy but in the evening it is always quite and empty. To Alghero it takes by car about 20 minutes. In the evening parking is very difficult because of many tourist. There is also a public bus but we never use it. Also to other points of interest an own car is helpfull. Bosa, Sassari, Argentiera, Porte Torres are nice places to see. The support of Rita is very friendly. The house is well equipped. We can fully recommend the house of Rita!

Ein gemütliches Haus in schöner Lage
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten jederzeit während des Aufenthaltes Fragen stellen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet (z. B. mit einem Sonnenschirm, vielen Handtüchern, ...) und sehr sauber. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Büchern in verschiedenen Sprachen und auch viele Informationen über die Gegend. Die Einzelbetten sind etwas durchgelegen und es ist sehr warm im Haus. Wenn man lüften möchte, kommen abends die Mücken ins Haus. Mit Steckern und Spray kann man sich behelfen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und alles ist wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Séjour agréable chez Rita
Nous avons passé 6 jours chez Rita, qui est une hôte très sympathique, à l'écoute de nos besoins et avec qui il a été très facile de communiquer ! Le logement est spacieux, tout l'équipement nécessaire était présent et en très bon état d'utilisation/fonctionnement. L'espace extérieur est petit mais ombragé, pratique lors de fortes chaleurs. Le voisinage est calme à l'exception d'un chien qui malheureusement aboie fréquemment et peut être gênant au petit matin. Le logement est bien situé, proche de Fertilia où l'on trouve des bars restaurants (le 4.6 ainsi que le Sottoprua sont top) et Alghero, ville à visiter absolument. Merci encore Rita pour votre accueil !

Emplacement idéal
Un séjour très agréable chez Rita qui a pris soin de ses hôtes ! La maison est dans un état irréprochable. Pas un grain de poussière Rita est bienveillante et soucieuse que ses hôtes passent un séjour agréable ! Le logement est très bien situé et nous a permis de profiter des plages, de randonner ! Nice accomocation and impeccable host
We (2 adults and 2 children (8 and 12)) stayed in the flat for a week at the beginning of October. We enjoyed our stay very much. The accommodation offers everything you need for a holiday stay. The contact with Rita is uncomplicated, charming and leaves nothing to be desired. The accommodation is located on the edge of a nature reserve and in the heart of the diverse region around Alghero. There are varied opportunities for activities and a number of beautiful beaches in the area. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation .

Sommerurlaub mit viel Strand und blauen Wasser
Unser zweiwöchiger Aufenthalt auf Sardinien war Klasse. Wir haben uns bei sommerlichen Temperaturen am Strand und in der tollen Ferienwohnung von Rita prima erholt. Rita ist für uns immer ansprechbar und war wegen der An- und Abreise mit der Fähre mit den Check in und -out Zeiten sehr flexibel und entgegenkommend. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Bad mit Wanne und Waschmaschine. Vom Balkon des Schafzimmers hat man Blick aufs Meer. Auf der kleinen schattigen Terrasse im Eingangsbereich kann man gut Frühstücken und Abendbrot essen. Kleiner Konsum ist in der Nähe. Zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Strand ist 10 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ansonsten finden sich in der Umgebung des Objektes noch eine Vielzahl weiterer Strände und Möglichkeiten die Insel zu erkunden.

Schöne Lage nahe Alghero
Das Appartement hat alles, was man zum täglichen Leben benötigt. Rita ist eine herzliche und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin, die immer sehr schnell antwortet und sofort zur Stelle wäre, wenn man etwas braucht. Lediglich die Hitze hat uns zu schaffen gemacht. Im der Wohnung ist ein Ventilator, den wir ins Kinderzimmer gestellt haben. Im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnbereich war es trotz offener Fenster und Türen ziemlich warm. Hier wären vielleicht Deckenventilatoren oder zumindest ein zusätzlicher Lüfter anzuraten. Vor den Fenstern und Türen sind Mückengitter. Die sind auch notwendig – denn die Viecher sind lästig. Wir hatten eine elektronische Fliegenklatsche dabei und haben abends die Räume nach den Nervötern abgesucht… Vom Schlafzimmer-Balkon aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf die malerische Bucht von Maristella. Auch das Kinderzimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es einen kleinen abgeschatteten Patio mit Tisch, der zum Frühstück im Freien einlädt. Ganz in der Nähe des Appartments gibt es ein kleines aber feines und sehr empfehlenswertes Lokal (Il Galeone) wo man herzlich empfangen wird und die typischen Gerichte serviert bekommt. Sehr zu empfehlen sind die preiswerten Longdrinks/Cocktails von Stefano! Im kleinen Dorfladen, drei Straßen weiter bekommt man alles nötige für das tägliche Leben, vor allem aber viele sardische Spezialitäten Über einen Fußweg erreicht man einen kleinen Strand (ca. 200 Meter vom Appartement)…

Großzügiges Appartement am Rande eines Naturschutzgebiets.
Sehr schönes, großzügiges Appartement ruhig gelegen in einem Feriendorf am Rande eines Naturschutzgebiets. Ideal, um von dort Ausflüge zum Capo Caccia, den umliegenden Stränden oder nach Alghero zu machen. Rita hat durch ihre sehr warmherzige, vertrauensvolle Art und durch ihr zuverlässiges Handeln dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns in ihrem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Sie ist eine außerordentliche Gastgeberin, die immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Bedürfnisse hatte und in deren Haushalt es an nichts fehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

alles was man braucht
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dem perfekt eingerichteten Appartment sehr genossen. von unserer Seite gibt es absolut keine Beanstandung. Alles war sehr sauber und reichlich vorhanden. Die drei Terassen/Balkon haben wir am Abend oft genutzt, um gemütlich ein Glas Wein zu trinken.

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel et agréable ( vue sur mer à partir du balcon arrière). Situé idéalement dans un quartier calme au milieu de la pinède, et non loin d' alghero (10 km) que l'on rejoint très vite. Présence d'un parking et proximité immédiate d'une jolie petite plage peu fréquentée que l'on rejoint à pied (300 m). Accueil sympathique et accueillant de Rita qui se débrouille bien en Français

Schönes Reihenhaus in der Nähe von Alghero
Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft ca. 10 km von Alghero. Bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Rita ist eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin, wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Von Maristella sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten, aber als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr gut geeignet.

Entspannter Urlaub auf Sardinien
Wir sind froh diese Unterkunft gewählt zu haben. Wir waren 8 Tage in der Ferienwohnung und es war ideal um runterzukommen. Die Gegend war in der Nebensaison sehr ruhig deswegen waren die nahegelegenen Strände unter der Woche nicht überlaufen und wir konnten so dort herrlich entspannen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und hilft wo sie kann.

Reisezeit Anfang Oktober 2021
Die sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung ist absolut ruhig gelegen und super ausgestattet. Alles ist da, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, sehr viel Geschirr, ganze Schränke voll Bettwäsche, Decken, Kissen und Handtüchern. Putz- und Waschutensilien sowie ein umfangreiches Kosmetiksortiment, Fön, Bügeleisen und Gewürze, Tee, Öl usw. Sonnenschirme für den Strand sind ebenfalls vorhanden sowie umfangreiches Infomaterial zur Umgebung. Wir hätten viel Gepäck einsparen können. Und wer in der kälteren Jahreszeit kommt, es gibt sogar eine richtige Heizung. Es gibt außerdem zwei Balkone und eine kleine Terrasse zur Straße. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Also absolut zum wohlfühlen. Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld sowie vor Ort hat sehr gut funktioniert. Rita spricht sehr gut englisch und hat innerhalb kürzester Zeit auf Mails und WhatsApp Nachrichten geantwortet. Sie war zur verabredeten Zeit vor Ort und hat uns die Wohnung übergeben. Die Wohnung hat zwei Etagen und da die Treppe offen und ohne Geländer ist, ist es evtl. für kleinere Kinder zu gefährlich und für Gehbehinderte eher nicht geeignet. Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist ebenfalls toll. Ein sehr schöner Naturpark grenzt direkt an, in der Nähe gibt es viele weitere Wandermöglichkeiten. Strände gibt es im Umkreis weniger Kilometer ebenfalls viele verschiedene. Für jede Windrichtung etwas. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung allerdings nur mit Mietwagen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man am besten nach Alghero, 15 Minuten entfernt, der örtliche Minimarkt geht allenfalls für die morgendlichen Brötchen. Das Sortiment ist ok, aber die Preise eher fantasievoll und man betrügt dort schon mal gern die nicht italienisch sprechenden Kunden. Der nächste schöne Strand ist 3 km entfernt. Den Ortsstrand empfehlen wir nicht. Zu Fuß ist es auch schwierig andere Strände zu erreichen, da ein Großteil der Bucht Privatgelände und eingezäunt ist. Allerdings gibt es wohl einen Strandbus. Maristella an sich ist ein minikleines Örtchen, da ist zumindest Anfang Oktober Ruhe und sonst nichts, außer einem kleinen Restaurant und dem ganzjährig täglich geöffneten Minimarkt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung und der Umgebung.

Meraviglioso appartamento vicino a Porto Conte
L'appartamento di Rita è un alloggio bellissimo e molto ben attrezzato su 2 piani con 2 balconi e una terrazza! Dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dalle spiagge di Porto Conte e 15 minuti di auto dal centro storico di Alghero. L'appartamento può ospitare comodamente 4 persone, era molto pulito e ben arredato. Se dovessimo andare di nuovo in vacanza nel nord-ovest di Sardine, prenoteremmo di nuovo questo appartamento immediatamente. Vacanza molto bella! Anche grazie a questo bellissimo appartamento perfettamente posizionato.

Inoubliable Sardaigne
Je remercie d abord Rita de sa grande hospitalité ; elle nous a même accompagné à l hôpital d Alghero pour le PCR de mon fils. Son logement ,à notre arrivée, était d une propreté impeccable, et est équipé avec tout le nécessaire et même largement. L emplacement est idéal pour visiter le Nord ouest de la Sardaigne. Enfin voilà, Joris et moi sommes ravis de notre séjour à Maristella et de notre rencontre avec Rita !

Wunderbares Urlaubszuhause
Wir haben Mitte August zwei sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen in dem Ferienhaus (Reihenhaus) verbracht und sehr genossen. Das Haus war perfekt sauber und ist praktisch und modern eingerichtet. Die Waschmaschine spart Reisegepäck, die Spülmaschine das Geschirrspülen. Gasherd, E-Backofen mit Grill, große Kühl-Gefrierkombination für erfrischende Getränke oder Eis für die Kleinen und Großen. Das große Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne ist perfekt bei dem heißen Sommerwetter, da gibt es auch mit Kindern kein Gedränge. Bettwäsche und Handtücher/Strandtücher sind genug vorhanden. Das WLAN fürs Smartphone hat auch gut funktioniert. Gemütlich draußen sitzen kann man auf der kleinen Terrasse oder einem der beiden Balkone (einer an der Vorderseite, der andere an der Rückseite des Gebäudes), auf denen wir auch die Wäsche schnell trocknen konnten. Die Lage fußläufig zum Strand (Etwa 10 Minuten mit Kindern an der Hand, alleine geht es schneller) und an dem Park gelegen ist toll. Mit dem kleinen Supermarkt und einem guten Restaurant im Ort sowie einer Take-Away Pizzeria mit Sitzgelegenheiten am Hafen haben wir den Urlaub ohne Mietwagen auch kulinarisch sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin ist super - sehr netter Kontakt im Vorfeld, und auch vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Auf diesem Weg vielen lieben Dank!

My husband and I and our 9 month old had a lovely 10-day stay at Rita's apartment. Everything was pristinely clean and it was very well-equipped including lots of useful kitchen tools and a high chair. There is lots of information about the area such as the lovely beaches of Porto Conte (Mugoni is a good one with a baby as there is lots of shade). Maristella is very quiet but has a great shop and the local restaurant is good. Rita herself was very charming and helpful and allowed us to have a late check-out which was very appreciated! She obviously goes out of the way for guests and deserves all the good reviews on here :)

nous avons été très bien accueillis par Rita la propriétaire malgré une arrivée très tardive. La location est très propre, spacieuse et fonctionnelle et a proximité d'une jolie plage. Les points d’intérêts ne sont pas loin, la ville d'Alghero est superbe, les grottes de Nettuno sont a faire et plein d'autres choses encore.
