Delightful luxury 3-bed villa with pool, prestigious area, WIFI, near beach

Casa Lovina is an ideal holiday home for a family or group of friends. The interior, with its tosca arches and beamed ceilings, is spacious and beautifully furnished in colonial style with Persian carpets, hangings and paintings. The living area comprises a large L-shaped living/dining room with fireplace and satellite TV with an excellent range of English channels, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one ensuite. There is also a large covered south-facing terrace, ideal for al fresco dining. The villa is very private, set in wonderfully spacious gardens enclosed by fully-grown hedges with large areas of shaded and immaculately-kept lawn. Well-developed with mature palm, mimosa, fruit and fir trees and filled out with oleander and hibiscus bushes, the garden also has a 10mx4m pool with natural stone surrounds and roman steps, and an attractive rock-garden with a waterfall feature at one end. There is also a BBQ area with traditional Moorish-style Mosaic tiling.

Lovely house with large plot and nice swimming pool
The house is tasteful decorated. The garden has beautiful plants. The palmtrees gave the shade needed as it was very hot. Beautiful pool. The house does not have airconditioning but each room has a van on the ceiling. Personally I prefer this, but that can be different for others.

La propriété est très agréable et idéalement située non loin du centre de Javea et du bord de mer. La maison est très confortable, la piscine et le terrain magnifiques. Nous avons passé un séjour très reposant et apaisant. Heidi et Tony sont très chaleureux et ont eu à coeur de rendre notre séjour des plus agréables.

tony und heidi sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. das haus liegt neben einer stark befahrenen strasse entsprechender lärm war unangenehm.

Relaxing week in a lovely property
Tony and Heidi were there to greet us when we arrived, the villa was very spacious and clean. The Pool was a nice size and the outside area is great to relax in with plenty of shade if you want a break from the sun. There is a supermarket right down the road which sells most things that you will need. Arenal beach is a 20/25min flat walk and there you will find lots of lovely restaurants. We had a lovely week and would recommend this to anyone else looking for a nice holiday

Would highly recommend staying at Casa Lovina, we can’t wait to return. A lovely spacious villa, great sized pool, everything in place for a quiet relaxing holiday. Heidi and Tony were there to give us a friendly welcome and to show us round. Couldn’t of asked for anything more.

A wonderful home with spacious gardens & fantastic pool.
We have just had a fantastic two week family holiday here with our four children. The accommodation was spacious for all of us with a vast garden space & pool to relax in. Perfect host's, Perfect Villa, Perfect Location
Perfect host's , Perfect Villa, Perfect location Heidi and Tony could not of done any more to help us have a perfect holiday. From the moment that I enquired about the availability of the Villa, directions on how to get to the location from Alicante airport which were so detailed you could not go wrong and any help required whilst planning and confirming our trip the communication was excellent. The villa it self is amazing and the photos do not do it justice , great size pool and ideal for famalies, Naya is big to enough to have breakfast and late night socialising .All the bedrooms have fans, kitchen has all the requires appliances and utensils . The location is perfect for all the attractions , supermarkets are a 2 minute walk and we will definitely be returning. Darren and Gail

Home from home
We recently returned from our holiday at Casa Lovina and felt compelled to write a review. We were greeted at the villa by the owners Tony and Heidi, a lovely couple with a wealth of knowledge of the Local area, walks, eating out etc. The villa itself was lovely, very clean, good sized rooms, decent fans in the bedrooms and great wi-fi, accessible from the private pool and gardens, the villa is situated down a very quiet cul-de-sac. The pool itself was a good size, again very clean and the gardens were huge with large lawned areas, palm trees and a wonderful array of plants and shrubs. The pool was cleaned by Tony midweek during our stay while Heidi took care of watering the plants. As we don't tend to hire a car during our holidays, being close to amenities is ideal for us and there is a supermarket within a 4 mins walk of the villa and a couple of restaurants 2 mins further down the road. The Arenal area of Javea is a pleasant 20/25 mins flat walk away or just a couple of minutes by car. Having holidayed in the Javea/Moraira area for the last six years, we can safely say that Casa Lovina is the best villa we have stayed in and a credit to Tony and Heidi, who work so hard to make it so. Una eleccion perfecta!
Nos hemos alojado 10 días en junio en casa Lovina y ¡nos ha encantado! Es una casa preciosa, situada en una zona tranquila de Jávea pero muy cerca de todo, a pocos minutos en coche de playas, tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes (hay un super pequeño y un restaurante al lado) y cerca, también, de varias calas preciosas y muy poco concurridas El interior de la casa es acogedor, con estancias amplias, muy bien decorada, perfectamente equipada (incluyendo productos básicos en la cocina), limpia y sobre todo muy, muy cómoda. Además, corría airecito y no pasamos nada de calor. Respecto al exterior ¡es inmejorable! La galería es el lugar ideal para hacer las comidas o tomar algo al abrigo del sol. El jardín es grande, bonito y muy cuidado, perfecto para tomar el sol o hacer la siesta a la sombra en una tumbona y la piscina…. bonita, grande, limpia y con el agua calentita! ¡un lujo poder darte un baño al llegar de la playa o por la noche al volver a casa! La barbacoa tenía muy buena pinta y material para usarla, aunque nosotros no llegamos a utilizarla. Heidi y Tony son unos excelentes anfitriones, nos esperaban al llegar y los vimos un par de veces más cuando vinieron a limpiar la piscina y el jardín y siempre fueron muy amables y discretos, facilitándonos información sobre la zona y recomendándonos sitios que visitar, además de ofrecerse por si necesitábamos algo. Es un alojamiento totalmente recomendable al que esperamos volver el año próximo.

A Lovely September sojourn
The villa was an ideal place to relax and explore the area around Javea. The facilities were all that you would want and more. The Naya enabled us to eat all our meals outside and was where the late evening was passed with snacks, drinks and conversation. The pool attracted even occasional swimmers like us to swim (almost) every day. The villa was sufficiently spacious to be able to find a quite spot when it felt that you wanted to just sit and read. The location was within easy reach of the town and provided a number of walking routes to the beach and then either towards the town or along the shoreline to a secluded bar. Javea is a good centre to travel around the local towns or inland to the hills and mountains. We were made to feel very welcome by Tony and Heidi who gave us some very useful tips and ideas for things to do. A definite success.

Superbe villa pour une famille!
Un séjour de rêve au calme dans une villa décorée avec beaucoup de goût, sobriété et efficacité. Tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien-être des locataires. La villa est située à proximité d'un petit supermarché et à 5 minutes en voiture de la plage de sable fin "l'Arenal". La piscine, ensoleillée toute la journée, est assez grande et vraiment agréable pour petits et grands. Le grand "plus" de cette villa réside dans la disponibilité des propriétaires, Heidi & Tony, qui sont deux personnes particulièrement chaleureuses et attentionnées. Bref, un séjour vraiment agréable...nous réservons déjà pour l'année prochaine! Famille Hilal (4 enfants âgés de 5 ans à 13 ans)

Maravillosa casa
La casa nos ha encantado, esta tal y como se describe en el anuncio. Nuestra familia ha estado muy cómoda en ella, con su piscina grande y sus espaciosas habitaciones, el jardín espectacular, ha sido todo fantástico. Tiene mucha tranquilidad para poder pasar unas vacaciones relajadas. La cercanía a tiendas, playa esta muy bien. Heidi y Tony sois muy amables y cercanos. Muchas gracias por todo.

Idéal pour un séjour en famille !!!
Maison idéale pour un séjour en famille. Tout est près pour faciliter la vie ! commerce à proximité, plages, ville... Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans un cadre verdoyant. La piscine est grande et le jardin très bien entretenu. Tony et Heidi sont des hôtes très agréables qui entretiennent leur maison avec amour. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être à la maison. Confort et facilité pour accéder aux commerces. La maison est idéal : de plain pied pour faciliter la vie de vacances. Merci encore à Heidy et Tony pour leur gentillesse et sympathie. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !!!

Absolutely fabulous Villa!
What a marvellous holiday! Casa Lovina is a beautiful villa, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. The rooms are big, airy, and comfortable with all mod cons. So many areas to hang out… and I loved the large naya which had a table and chairs and an outside fridge. It had everything we needed and more. The pool is gorgeous. Excellent size and gets the sun all day. The garden is big with lots of beautiful plants and flowers and has a fabulous bbq area which unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to use. It is around a 15 minute walk to the main beach and less than 5mins by car. Its in a really quiet lovely cul-de-sac and feels completely quiet and secluded. We felt like we were miles from anyone when actually you aren’t. It is an absolute haven. There are some restaurants, supermarket with bakery and pharmacy a 2 min walk away which is perfect. Tony and Heidi couldn’t have been more helpful and gracious. We had looked at lots of different villas and this one really did stand out, but I can’t emphasis enough how much better it was in reality and how blown away we were. Thank you Tony and Heidi. We will definitely be back.
