Life slows here at Silverleaves, allowing space for calm, serenity, and connecting with family or friends. Enjoy the spacious newly restored covered alfresco dining/living space or simply laze about on the beautiful merbau deck, surrounded by the native coastal woodlands and abundant birdlife. When the need arises, divine coffee, breakfast, lunch and delicious treats await you within a two-minute walk, literally just around the corner at the charming Silverleaves General store.

Drift away from it all, escape the everyday and immerse yourself in nature it’s a short stroll to the beach for a swim or wander aimlessly along the sand or accessible track to Cowes township. For some pure beauty, walk in the other direction and you will find yourself at the stunning Rhyll inlet, a protected natural conservation area, home to a multitude of native bird species.

The bright and airy north facing house has timber flooring throughout for easy summer living. New Daikin split system air-conditioning/heating in the open plan kitchen/living room as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms will ensure comfort all year round. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave oven, and ample cookware. Enjoy comfy beds, a library of books and a host of fun games to enjoy during your stay. The property has one bathroom and a separate toilet. The newly renovated laundry can also double as a second washbasin area. The house can sleep up to eight people, with parking for two cars.

There are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in 2 and 2 x single bunks in the third.

No pets allowed.

Great location!
Couldn’t ask for a better location. Two minute walk to the beautiful Silverleaves beach or cafe. So much wildlife in the area, we even spotted an echidna! The house was perfect, in particular the under cover deck. Beds were a little uncomfortable but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful location
Basic beach shack that suited us perfectly. Kitchen surprisingly well-stocked with the necessary cooking utensils. Secluded feel, lovely on the front porch where we had most of our meals. Internet terrible, which also suited us! Lovely 20 min walk along the beach to Cowes. The gorgeous Silverleaves cafe 1 min away (house-made muffins in the morning!). And the beach ... so beautiful, and quiet too, a minute away. Grab your towel, sunscreen and a book, and you're right to go, it's a short walk back home for lunch ... the most relaxing beach holiday in years, thank you!

Very clean and great location. A classic old beach Shack.
Very clean, fabulous location. Comfortable beds. The rest quite dated. A few things not working but nothing major. Thanks for the wine and chocs.
