Madeira Beach Yacht Club #165A - Newly updated ground floor 1 bedroom 1 bath 405 sqft. suite at waterfront gated Madeira Beach Yacht Club. Offers one queen bed in bedroom. All new flooring, updated full size bath, new solid quartz kitchen with upgraded cabinetry. New range and refrigerator. New furnishings throughout. Screened patio area with television. Free high speed internet and HD television. Please note there is no phone in Madeira Beach Yacht Club 165A.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Additional amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, 2 pool tables, his and hers dry saunas, shower/dressing room, and hot tub. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. Washer and dryer in kitchen.

By far the best deal on a one bedroom condo in Madeira Beach. Multiple fishing docks, adjacent to city park. Easy walk to supermarket, drug store, restaurants and bars. Property is just a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beaches.

This condo association requires the formality of application for approval at least 14 days prior to arrival along with a $100 fee for every booking. This fee is non-refundable. Applications not completed by guest and returned to us within 4 days of booking, will result in the booking being cancelled. You will be required to complete this paperwork prior to confirmation of booking. This fee is included in your AirBnB pricing.

Approximately 2 miles north of John's Pass Village! The village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Unitmay be considered a bit small and tight but provides everything two people will need; kitchen is well equiped. TV opeation takes a bit of getting used, not your typical single use Spectrum remotes. Have to use two remotes for each TV (one TV, second for box...secret is leave box on all the time). TV in bedroom operates via Roko. Parking is close to unit. Location in Yacht Club compound is walking distance to Winn-Dixie, Dollar Tree, and CVS. Beach is 5 minute walk, beach chairs provided in lanai. Pier is right behind unit. This unit does not have a designated barbecue grill, as many other units do. Check in and out iaat Sunhost office across from John's Pass 1 1/2 mile south. We'd rent this unit again.

Getting out of the cold
I chose this place because of the hot tub and the screened in porch. Well i was sadden to find out that the hot tub was out of order. Well I now realize that I do not need a hot tub or a pool but I did enjoy the screened in porch. The beach is super close. The CVS, Winn Dixie and Dollar store are right across the street. Honestly once you get here you really do not need a car. Plenty of options in a 2 mile radius.

Ended up pulling all furniture to sweep, windows and sills very dirty. Beat up kitchen, clogged kitchen drain due to disposal being disconnected, not a sharp knife in the drawer. We were there for 2 months and expected better home catering services. Location was perfect. Close to all amenities. Pool was warm and we enjoyed it very much.

There was plenty of seating and living space for a smaller unit. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed was comfy. The location was perfect - close to the beach, restaurants, CVS, and a grocery store. It was great to be able to walk everywhere. The pool was perfect as well, and not too crowded. There was also a nice walking path around the harbor. We’ve stayed along this stretch several times and this was one of our favorite places. Would definitely book again!

Reviewer Comments: The office staff at the yacht club was very rude and not very helpful when we asked them to look in the locked box for the fab that the previous renters put in, we also ran out of dishwasher detergent they did not have any to give us. We were not given the correct gate code on the first day we got in and had to jump the gate to get in, the emergency phone # did not help us, they didn’t believe me when I told them that the code didn’t work and it wasn’t until the maintenance man told them that the code didn’t work that the believed me and finally gave me a new code

Nice location, very short walk to the beach and marina. It was nice having washer and dryer in the apartment. The toilet water ran for a couple of days until the management company was able to get it fixed.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - NOT RECOMMENDED
I wouldn't recommend the property or the management company at all. The property is !!!NOT!!! ADA compliant in any way. The furniture is old and falling apart -- the dining room chair broke on our last day. The bed is old and has a foam mattress topper to make it "comfortable". The place is dirty and there were dust motes on the floor, mold in the crevices of the bathtub and stunk. I could smell the neighbor's cooking their meal in the kitchen. Tjhe gate code didn't work for our last day and there was no key issued for the pedestrian gate (a fire & safety hazard). Management was terrible. The list goes on.
