Self contained cottage tucked away on Tuckers Lane, situated on 10 acres with natural bush views. Come and relax with a glass or two of Hunter Valley wines on your private under cover veranda or just sit and relax with a book or watch the sun rise and sun set.
Wine Tours & Transfers are available with Martins tours and transfers.
Just a 10 minutes drive to Hope Estate, Hungerford Hill, Peterson House, Muse and many more wineries and restaurants,15 minutes to Cessnock , 45 minutes to Newcastle and 1hr 30 from Hornsby.

The Tardis

A really lovely accommodation, it feels much bigger inside than it looks from outside and so very cosy. We would stay there again in a heartbeat..

Great location, lovely property.

Lyn was lovely at check in and very accommodating. Spotlessly clean with everything you need. Loved the size of the fridge (not a little bar fridge), comfy big bed, beautiful outdoor area with bbq. Already planning our next trip!

My partner and I stayed for 2 nights and it was absolutely amazing. The kitchen has a whole bunch of supplies and it’s really great for if you want to cook your own meals while you’re away. The property is also very beautiful, we were allowed to walk around and explore, as well as go see the horses they have on site.

Beautiful spot. Accommodation is clean and cosy with everything you would need. King size bed is so comfortable ! An added bonus is the hosts are lovely 😀

Perfect visit

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful stand alone studio. It had everything you could want as far as kitchen equipment, the bed was comfortable, everything was lovely.

This is a lovely cottage like property which feels peaceful and secluded in a country setting. Yet the facilities of North Rothbury and Huntlee (good pub, Coles, Cafe, chemist, etc) are a mere 4 kms down the road. And the full range of wineries, eateries and all the Hunter has to entice the visitor are within easy reach. To describe the cottage as a studio cannot convey how spacious and well equipped it is. It has air con as well as a ceiling fan, decent internet and phone connections, a full kitchen a terrific private patio and BBQ, and an excellent king bed and lovely bathroom with good shower. A perfect escape which is close to everything, secluded but not isolated. Thanks Lyn and partner!

2 Night Getaway

WOW - what an awesome little couples retreat. Comfortable, clean, and private, has everything you need. A little home away from home. Peace and quite. Easy drives to wherever you want to adventure out to. Owners were fantastic, very friendly. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend for couples who are in need of a short or long break. Only downside was we had to come home.
