The Space:
This modern one-bedroom apartment is the right option for people who want to explore Dubai and go home to the warmth of this house after a long day of escapades.

With a soft carpet over the smooth tiled floor, it feels just right to spend some time relaxing on the sofa while watching the TV. 

The dining area is right off of the kitchen, which is a place complete with all the necessities for cooking so that you won't have a hard time.

The queen-sized bed has fresh linens and a cozy mattress with your own en-suite. Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion are provided for a pleasant stay. You will also have direct access to the balcony with building scape views.

Guest Access:
Full access to the gym and rooftop pool. Parking is available on request.
*Access to Steam and Sauna facility (public) is available for guests

The Neighborhood:
JLT is a local gem. It has about 68 towers with area parks and running tracks. There are also over 540 retail outlets that you can shop in. If you do not want to move that much around Dubai, there are over 300 restaurants and cafés to choose from as over the past few years, this has been the place of new restaurants and bar openings. From a variety of leisure to recreation activities to choose from, you are definitely in the right place!

If you want to stay local, everything you need is around you—grocery, cafes, restaurants, dry cleaning, 24/7 store, and more.

If you love the beach, JBR is 10 minutes away and Kite Beach is 15 minutes away all by taxi.

For shopping, the main malls are close by. Marina Mall is across the road and Mall of the Emirates and Ibn Battuta Mall are all within 15 minutes from JLT.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Uber and Careem are options for booking a taxi if you want to easily travel around Dubai.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where JLT 2 bus goes around JLT if you simply want to roam within the area. The Damac Properties Metro Station is only a 7-minute walk. The Dubai metro system can get you from one end to another of the Emirate.

Restaurants and cafes are accessible on foot. Carrefour Market is a few minutes away.

The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30 minutes). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

*Please note that there is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys.

**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

**We would like to notify you that the cleaning of the domestic water tank within the building is scheduled to take place from January 8th, 2024, to January 9th, 2024. As a result, there will be water interruption from January 9-10, 2024 at 10:00pm until 6:00am (Tuesday night-Wednesday morning). Occupants are kindly requested to prepare for this situation and make alternative arrangements if you require the use of water during this period. NOTE: Due to high chlorine content, please do not use initial water and flush it for 5-10 minutes.
