A renovated workers cottage built in 1947 and updated to include two bedrooms, cosy lounge, dining room with french doors to secluded backyard, kitchen with gas cooker and an up to date bathroom with the best shower ever. Also a lovely front deck with a Weber BBQ perfect for relaxing after a busy day with all that Mangakino has to offer.
Located at the northern area of the town very close to the lakefront, boat ramp, Bus Stop Cafe, river trail, golf course and disc golf course.

Lovely old style holiday house.

The house is very well equipped & comfortable. We had a pleasant restful stay with some nice strolls near the lake. Janna was very helpful and prompt in all communications.

Mangakino charm

We had a lovely time staying here. Gorgeous home, clean and with everything you need. Amazing that it is fully fenced so we could let our dog safely potter about. Highly recommend

Great weekend away

The perfect bach

We really enjoyed staying in this bach. It was super comfortable, clean, and the perfect location. The shower is amazing - I wish mine at home was like this one. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of Mangakino. Janna made our stay super easy and special. We will definitely return and stay here again!

Quiet, well equipped, comfortable and homely. Lots of character snd close to the lake. We had everything we needed and more. Loved the fridge freezer, shower, cooking facilities. Indoor and outdoor flow. Many thanks.

Best stay ever

Highly recommend this cute comfortable and very homely batch which had equate supply of everything anyone will need. It was home away from home. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to come back again. Our shih tzu enjoyed the secured yard. Kids had a great time.

Relaxing

Great bach

Was the perfect bach for a few relaxing days stay. Had everything we needed. Was a short walk to the lake. Was fabulous to be able to bring the dog and she really enjoyed her walks in the area.

Cozy House

The area and the house are very cozy. The dining room and the balcony welcomed us with a nice sunshine. The house has everything you need (BBQ, HeatPump, Oven, WiFi, TV, etc) and is located meters from the lake. I highly recommend this place if you want to stay on a quiet town.

Fabulous Cottage!

Janna's cottage is so clean and tidy, perfect! everything we needed., lots of fluffy towels, even condiments in the fridge. Our italian greyhounds were welcomed too. The backyard is fully fenced so was.a god send for us dog owners. Close to the lake, very quiet and a lovely sized get away, Bbq on the deck, was a great stay we will be back.
