The Master bedroom on the top 3rd floor has a King bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a tallboy with a mirror, an armchair, a large ensuite with a spa bath, a shower, a toilet and double vanity, leading onto a private balcony with a table and chairs.

Bedroom 2 also located on the 3rd floor has a Queen bed with bulkhead lighting, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a desk with a chair, a lovely wooden storage chest at foot of the bed, a cupboard and an ensuite with shower, toilet and single vanity.

Bedroom 3 on the ground level has a Queen bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, a clothes hanger plus a private balcony with a table and chairs.

Bedroom 4 on the lower basement level has a Queen bed, TV, bedside tables with lamps, a cupboard and floor mirror. Commercial quality bed & bath linen, plus beach towels provided.

The main bathroom on the ground level has a shower, toilet, and single vanity. Complimentary starter pack of Outback Essence guest amenities supplied in each bathroom. Fragrances are selected from various parts of Australia, providing guests with a truly Australian experience.

The white and bright kitchen has all Miele appliances including a double door fridge with freezer drawers, a Nespresso machine, 2 microwaves within the pantry, and a great breakfast island bench with 3 wooden stools below hanging pendant lights.

The open plan lounge room has a gas fireplace beneath a wall mirror, 2 large 3 seater leather couches, flat-screen TV with Foxtel, a coffee table, puzzles, a floor lamp and a Sonas sound system with glass doors leading onto the terrace.

The large front terrace has a comfortable all-weather 4-piece lounge suite, coffee table as well as an 8 seater dining table, large umbrella, and BBQ ready to go for alfresco summer dinners whilst listening to the waves.

In Perth, construction sites are strictly prohibited from generating noise before 7am or after 7pm from Monday to Saturday, and noise is not allowed on Sundays and public holidays. The construction crew is committed to adhering to these regulations.

This house is on the same street as the popular Cottesloe Beach Club and Canteen Pizza and just meters from Marine Parade.

Cottesloe Beach is halfway between Perth and Fremantle, about 14 kilometres (8.7 miles), or less than a 30-minute drive, from Perth city centre. Public buses leave frequently from Perth's Elizabeth Quay Bus Station. Trains run from Perth Station to Cottesloe Station every 15 minutes and get you there in less than 20 minutes on the Fremantle Line.
